• Objectives: – A group award system to the working group on

the LHIN's PAGs for 2009– Provide PAGs with conceptual framework to

enhance achievement. i.e Goal setting

• The first award recognition is after the board review of the delivery models (gate review II)

• Second award in 3 years after implementation of the delivery model (Gate review III ).

• In other words 3 months and 3 years.
