    Due to the optimal design of the deep Vsymmetric crushing chamber, and the design ofmotion structure combined with the crusherspeed, the crusher obtains the maximumfeeding size, productivity, reduction ration andless wearing. The excellent nip angle makes thesmooth rock crushing wish the reduction ratioup to maximum.

    The pitman is made of high quality cast steel,driven by the heavy-duty cast iron belt wheeland flying wheel. The heavy duty forgingeccentric flying wheel shaft and SKF and FAGbearing make the crusher extraordinarilyreliable. The pitman is equipped with oneinterchangeable protection plate; efficientlyprotect the pitman from the shock of thefeeding material.

    Robust frame is welded by the front cast steelfixed jaw, side rolling steel plates, and rear caststeel adjustment units. We improve the weldingto avoid plate layer failure. After welding, theframe unit will be given one whole annealing,so that the frame is stronger, durable, reliable,and simpler.

    With nip angle of 18-22, the fixed jaw liner andthe pitman liner is the same and can beinterchangeable.

    An integral motor base is mountedon the crusher frame to prolong V-belt life and save the mountingspace, the foundation can be moresimply, while the standard beltwheel and the flywheel cover canbe used.

    No anchor bolt foundations ispossible due to the good balanceof the crusher. The crusher canoperate by the cushion betweenrubber dampers and stoppers, toefficiently absorb crushing load,avoid the damage to the crusherfoundation.

    The size of feeding mouth is adjustable tokeep choke feeding, so that there is less air,less dust, and the material doesn’t hit the rotordirectly.
