What could crowdsourcing possibly have to do with me ?

Page 2: Crowdsourcing

Crowdsourcing is a process that involves outsourcing tasks to a distributed group of people. This process can occur both online and offline. The difference between crowdsourcing and ordinary outsourcing is that a task or problem is outsourced to an undefined public rather than a specific body, such as paid employees.

A Video Message to Alumni from Head of School Peter Saliba

8/6/2012Each morning as I walk our campus, I grow increasingly eager for our students to arrive.  With what will feel like the switch of a light, campus will transition from a quiet place of summer planning meetings and faculty orientations to one full of life, learning and enthusiasm for Tilton School.    Since I started at Tilton School, I have spent a good portion of my day getting to know Tilton – the buildings, the campus and its people.  What I have enjoyed most is meeting with each member of our faculty and staff who share a passion for their profession and this school.  Although I have learned a great deal, I have discovered that there is something missing in my discovery of Tilton.  I ask you to take less than 60 seconds to watch the above video message and learn how you - the alumni of Tilton School - can help me with this discovery. With gratitude,

Peter SalibaHead of School
