You can easily locate the end onto the dolly from a standing position and pull or push to move it as desired. With the principles of a lever, the lower you angle the handle, the tighter the grip. Simply raise up the handle to release. GN-400HOOKBAR has a hook to hitch onto the dolly. From a standing position you can locate the handle hook on the dolly from underneath and pull to move it.
