• Though we had a lot of theoretical knowledge about production of plants using of tissue culture method, we started to deal with practical problems when we began the implementation of this project.
The first and the most important condition was to provide sterile conditions

1. Sterile conditions for cultivation
Desinfection of plant material
• I case:• No need for desinfections
• II case :• 70% ethanol (30 sec.);• Soak in distilled water (1 min.)
• III case:• 70 % ethanol (30 sec.)• 0,5 % NaHCl+ 1-2 drops Citowett/ 0,5L
NaHCl (10 min.)• Multiple washing in distilled water (3,
10, 20 min.)
