Ineffective – Short Segments
Apply a thin layer of peanut butter to both slices of bread. Some people prefer creamy and some people prefer chunky styles of peanut butter.
Once you are done with the application of the peanut butter, you clean your knife then get the jelly out of the refrigerator and start putting that on top of the peanut butter. You can use jelly or jam or marmalade of any flavor that you like.
Maybe we should have mentioned this earlier, but you need two slices of bread. I like whole wheat for a little bit of an extra shot of fiber.

ADDIE is an acronym referring to the major stages of a particular instructional design model. The components include: Analysis – The instructional designer identifies the learning problem, the
goals and objectives, the audience’s needs, existing knowledge, and any other relevant characteristics.
Design – The design stage involves a systematic process of specifying learning objectives.
Development – During the development stage, the designer creates the content and learning materials.
Implementation – During implementation, the plan is put into action and a procedure for training the learner and teacher is developed.
Evaluation – This stage consists of tests to provide opportunities for feedback from the users.
