The majority of our destinations are chosen specifically for the activities on offer, while others offer a wide range of activities and possibilities for school and higher education groups.

IB/CASGET works with schools to plan and prepare specific programmes for all age groups.   In order to meet the requirements of the IB, we work with schools to plan programmes which include a variety of activities and specific study foci to provide children and students with the necessary experiences to further enhance their learning for the various IB curricula.

Our curricular programmes provide the perfect setting to compliment your teaching in the classroom with an experiential learning-outside-the-classroom programme. Our programmes are tailored to meet the needs of your group, and each destination we offer can provide the setting for your subject based trip. Choose from a variety of subjects for either single subject focus or a combination of subjects to GET the most out of your trip.

Continuing with our successful Edventure Camps, GET are currently developing its new destinations with permanent sites for all adventurous activities on offer in both France and Oman. NEW in France are our Summer and Winter Ski & Snowboard Camps - you choose the destination!

ExpeditionsExpeditions at GET provide the ultimate in challenges for both the individual and team.  We offer a variety of tailored itineraries for all school groups and abilities.   All of our expedition destinations offer a variety of culture, environments, climates and means of travel.  We can also cater for a variety of abilities and ages to ensure the expedition is open to everyone in your group.

Duke of Edinburgh International AwardGET are proud to be a licensed International Trained Activity Provider (ITAP). GET provides a range of opportunities for young people to complete the programme at the various levels: Bronze, Silver & Gold.  Our main focus is on the Expedition component of the Award, offering trips which encompass both the practice and assessment ventures.

Sports ToursGET offer two types of Sport Tour to schools: 1. Competitive Sports Tours to our developed sports communities where schools play competitively, against either an individual local school or as part of a tournament.   2. Non-competitive Sports Tours to our developing communities with a Service objective in mind.

GECGECO provide the ultimate in adventurous activity programmes in both Oman and its newest destination, France. Offering countless activities in both destinations from our traditional programmes of climbing & abseiling, cycling, mountain biking, camping, kayaking and more; to our newest offering of Winter Ski and Snowboard Camps in France, GET, through its GECO branding, offer unlimited options for schools.

GET has been operating in Oman for over 7 years, with more than 15 years of local knowledge and experience of running school group programmes in the country. As one of the leading and the only school-specific tour operators in the Gulf region operating in Oman, schools can be certain of receiving the very best of British and European practice in those activities on offer.

With our new GECO Edventure Camp available from September 2015 at the beautiful beach location of Jebal Sifah, GECO promises to offer a range of educational programmes for all ages for schools worldwide.

FranceSpring, Summer & Winter CampsGECO France will soon be offering a new destination and activities for schools. In line with our current GECO Camp concept in Oman, GET will be offering both spring/summer and winter camps for all ages.

Locations include the Correze in hidden France, to the heights of the some of the best ski and snowboard destinations on the planet; we offer schools the choice to tailor make their own trip: choose your location, theme, activities and time of year, and move away from the traditional package tours offered by so many other companies.

In the winter, GET provides ski and snowboard camps for schools, teaming up with the country’s only federal and licensed ski school, Ecole du Ski Francais (ESF), to offer a range of instruction in English for all abilities and ages and the opportunity to develop skills through the ESF Awards programme.

GET Support & Booking…We aim to support and guide you through the process of organising your trip, from deciding on a destination, through the booking process, and to supporting you on the ground 24/7 throughout your visit. One of our team will be personally assigned to you throughout your trip. Our team of experienced destination managers are on-hand to make the process of organising a trip as simple and straightforward as possible.

Provision We aim to provide all-inclusive trips from arrival to departure. It is important that any costs that are not covered are known to schools in advance of any trip and agreed on prior to your visit.

To ensure you have a fun and well organised trip, GET works with many overseas, in-country-operators to help us provide the necessary support and service for your chosen activities. The one element we feel provides peace of mind is knowing that we have local support throughout. It also supports our mission to become a responsible tourism company by using local services where possible in the right ways.
