Learning Objectives1. Automatically generate page labels to better organize

project documents2. Extract documents for fast and easy performance

downstream3. Create a navigable drawing set using Revu’s powerful

Batch Link functionality4. Use Sets to easily access and navigate an unlimited

number of project files as a single document

Caveat• We do not dictate workflow! No one solution fits all.

Page 6: Creating dynamic documents - Bluebeam eXtreme Conference 2014

Challenges: Set-up & Hyperlinking• Content and labeling are not always consistent or useful.• Hyperlinking can be a long, manual slog.

Let’s see Revu in action!

Best Practices: Set-up & Hyperlinking• Content is not consistent and labeling is not useful. AutoMark

rules, but early communication is best.• Hyperlinking used to be a long, manual slog. But not

anymore! Let batch hyperlinking do the heavy lifting.

Challenges: Page Management• File size may be too big for your mobile device• DMS – Don’t be a file hog!• Risk management

Page 10: Creating dynamic documents - Bluebeam eXtreme Conference 2014

Best Practices: Page Management• Combined files can be huge. Hardware and connectivity can

be slow. Sadly, working with single-page sheets lacks the workability and connectedness of a combined sheet set.

• Sets is your new sheet set. Learn how to use this powerful tool to maximize speed and maintain continuity.
