Before you do anything, you should be able to articulate WHO your brand /team is. This will guide your language, events and design. All of these things– online content, traditional advertising, events, content, etc.– must piece to together to tell the same story.

How do you talk (voice)?Knowing your core and your audience, set guidelines for language- tone, slang / swear guidelines, key phrases and words to avoid, slogans, etc.
