Creating Books on Oracle

What are Books?• Books are a resource in Oracle that

are a group of pages that appears in a book format which can be filled using the text editor.

• Books contain Pages (See creating Pages) that have the same HTML capabilities as other resources like Labels.

Go to the course page and click “Turn editing on”

Click Add and Activity or Resource

From the list click “Book”

Fill in the name, description, and tick “Custom titles” under the

appearance tab then click Save and display

Fill in the Chapter title and fill in the content then click Save changes

To add a new chapter click in the “Table of contents”

block

Click here

Keep adding chapters until the book is finished
