GAA News Div 3 Football League Monday 6 th : Coolmeen 0-07 Naomh Eoin 0-07 Hard luck to the Cùil Mìn Junior B team who lost to Kilmihil in their Div 6 League game on Sun 5 th . Congrats to the Clare Ladies U-16 players (especially Emma McMahon, Sarah McCann & Sinead Reidy of the Coolmeen Ladies Football Club) who beat Limerick on a score of Clare 4-7, Limerick 2-11 last week. U-8 & U-10 training for boys and girls continues on Sundays at 12 noon. All welcome. 6KM Fun Run/Jog/Walk: will take place in aid of Coolmeen Ladies and Mens GAA Clubs on Sunday 26 th April 2015. Start Time 1pm at Coolmeen GAA Pitch. Entry Fee - Adult - €10. Teenager - €5. Children - Free. Cash prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Men - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Women. Registration starts at 12pm in Club House at Coolmeen. Refreshment provided in Club House after. All welcome, suitable for all levels. Your support would be greatly appreciated for this joint fundraiser. Coolmeen GAA Membership 2015: Coolmeen GAA wish to thank most sincerely all those who have registered for Membership for 2015. Membership will remain open until April 30 th and we would invite all members of our parish to consider becoming a member by contacting any club official. As a member you are greatly supporting all teams that represent us on the field of play and ensuring you qualify for draw for all Ireland tickets later in the year. Kildysart Coolmeen Group Water Scheme: At a meeting held at Coolmeen National School on 03/12/2015, the following were elected as committee members of Kildysart Coolmeen Group Water Scheme. Chairperson: Bernadette Adams, Secretary: Bríd Meaney and Treasurer: Desmond Murphy. At present, the committee are reviewing the workings of the Group Water Scheme. A meeting will be held shortly of all Group Wa- ter Scheme members to agree the way forward for the Group water Scheme. Letters issued regarding the meeting held in December 2014: Anyone who didnt receive a letter and is a member of the Group Water Scheme is asked to notify any committee member at their earliest convenience so that they can be included in all future correspondence. If ownership circumstances of water connections have changed recently, the Group Water Scheme committee also need to be informed of this. In the meantime, all Group Water Scheme members are asked to be vigilant and on the look out for any possible leaks. It will travel to Cranny via Neylons, Morrisseys & Coolmeen. It will go on to Ennis via Lissycasey. This is the annual Eucharistic Adoration pilgrimage to Knock and we wont be organising another this year. Those interested in travelling should ring 086-8604143 within the next week. Our parish Finance Council: will hold its next meeting on Tuesday 14 th April at 8.30pm in the Parochial House, Coolmeen. Thank you: On behalf of our parish community, we wish to thank everybody who contributed to our Holy Week and Easter liturgies. In particular, we wish to thank our choir, organist, readers, Eucharistic ministers, altar servers, the people who prepared the Church, the Easter fire, took part in the washing of the feet and everybody who by their presence and prayer made our celebrations prayerful.
