His most recent venture, Keystone Accountability, is the leader in bringing a data-‐driven approach to the inclusion of cons:tuent feedback in social development. His public service includes chairing the board of CIVICUS: Global Alliance for Ci:zen Par:cipa:on.
Nicholas van Praag dedicated his two decades at the World Bank as a public policy communicator to environment, social and poli:cal safeguards. He also spent a decade in humanitarian opera:ons at the United Na:ons and now leads Ground Truth, an ini:a:ve focused on bridging the gap between humanitarian agencies and beneficiaries. He has worked extensively in Africa, Asia, Europe and La:n America.
David Arkless was formerly Manpower Group’s Global President of Corporate and Government Affairs, a posi:on he a<ained December 2008. He joined Manpower Inc. in 1992. Mr. Arkless is a world-‐renowned expert on labor market trends and has widespread experience of helping countries to develop their labor market strategies.
