A huge THANK YOU to ALL of our donors! We wish we had room to

acknowledge each and every one of you here!

List does not include purchases of event tickets or registrations, auction item purchases, or inkind donations. Every effort was made to

ensure the accuracy of this list. Please accept our sincere apologies for any errors or omissions.

Leading Strong GrowthIn 2011, we launched an innovative service delivery model designed to serve every child in need by 2018. After three years, we are advocating for 42% more children! The model leverages seasoned “Peer Coordinator” volunteers who now support and coach our growing number of volunteer advocates.

This year, we completed an extensive review of the Peer Coordinator model in order to assess our progress and make necessary adjustments. We listened to the people who are doing the work — our staff, Peer Coordinators and CASA volunteers — to understand how best to support them. The review results underscore the strong culture of support, adaptability to change and dedication to our mission.

Maximizing EffectivenessThree years into our new service delivery model to advocate for every child in need, we are focusing on improving the quality of advocacy to the children we serve. We are committed to moving children out of foster

care as quickly and safely as possible while ensuring they are healthy and developmentally on track. Our assessments this year showed that children are receiving consistent CASA advocacy around nearly every aspect of well-being. Over the coming year, we will tackle the more complex work of increasing the number of children who attain permanent placements and decreasing the length of time that children spend in foster care.

Expanding Cultural CompetencyTo further increase quality of service to children, we launched an initiative this year to ensure culturally appropriate advocacy. Culturally-specific, Lane County oriented resource pages and trainings will soon be available for our volunteers working with children and youth who identify as Asian, Pacific Islander, Native American, African American, Latino or LGBTQ, as well as children/youth with a developmental delay. As a result, children and youth from these diverse backgrounds will consistently receive advocacy that best meets their needs.

Strategic Successes Thank you, Donors!

By 2018, 702 children will be served, meeting100% of the need
