Exhibitor Prospectus
New Format, New Layout, More Excitement, More Traffic. We’re shaking things up for Critical Facilities Summit 2019. The changes we’re implementing are being made with you, the valued exhibitor, in mind. Your success as an exhibiting company is of the utmost importance to us.
What’s new in 2019?
New expo hall layout with space for general sessions and learning labs. The general sessions that kick off the conference agenda each day are always big draws. Same with Learning Labs. Relocating these popular parts of the show to the expo floor means a lot more opportunities for you to connect with those in attendance.
More content in the hall means more education takes place near you and your booth.
Dedicated hours. Conference registrants will have exclusive early bird hall access on day 1 of CFS (Sept. 24). Yet again, this will bring more attendees directly to you.
Special educational session on day 2 (Sept. 25) with complimentary breakfast in the hall.
As you can see, all the changes we’re implementing are focused on helping you make more connections and gain more leads at the show. But we’re not doing away with the things that have proved vital to your ROI. At the top of the list of things staying in place for 2019 is the Exhibitor ROI Program, including key pre and post show branding. All exhibitors at CFS gain access into this program for no additional charge, which includes retargeting 10,000 impressions per month (3 months), CFS section on FacilitiesNet.com with buyers guide pages and rotating ads, and post show branding in special CFS buyers guide in BOM magazine.
Now in its seventh year, CFS heads to the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas, putting you and your company in a top five U.S. market for data centers. Additionally, the Dallas-Fort Worth region is a key U.S. financial center, hosting Comerica’s corporate headquarters, as well as Bank of America’s and Fidelity Investments’ operations and call centers. JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and Wells Fargo are among the top employers in the region. With 82 acute care hospitals in the Metroplex area, it’s also strong in health care.
This one of a kind summit is primed to deliver its most impactful results yet in 2019.

“A summit with great attendance by people who are at the front line of operations and actually run data centers. I personally haven’t attended a conference with so many FM people per square feet.”
