Scout Badge Workshops

Help your Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts fulfill their badge and pin requirements at COSI! Our three-hour badge workshops are designed to help Scouts earn badges and pins. Choose from dozens of badge

options in six different categories for both girls and boys.

Health and medicine career program for high school students

This new program designed for students in grades 9-12 will explore careers

found in the OhioHealth system. Participants will travel to various facilities in

the OhioHealth System and meet professionals in different fields. OhioHealth

Medical Career Discovery @ COSI meets at COSI on the third Saturday

of every month (excluding holidays) from October 2012 to May 2013 and

includes a visit to an Ohio college in June 2013.

Cost for 2012-2013 school year: COSI Members $325; nonmembers $400.

Scholarships are available. Annual tuition includes all monthly meetings,

transportation for field trips and lunch.

Science career program for high school students.

Have a high school student who’s passionate about science? Consider COSI Academy, COSI’s career

exploration program for students in grades 9-12 considering science, technology, engineering, math,

and health careers. COSI Academy meets at COSI on the first Saturday of every month

(excluding holidays) from October 2012 to May 2013.
