El Dorado placed USD 415 million and has a BBB qualification by Fitch

Highways del Café optimized its capital structure through a debt of COP 250k mm
WORKSWork on the expansion of the passenger terminal of the Mariscal Sucre Airport
has begun with an investment of USD 60 million.
COMPLIANCEThe concessionaire Opain closes the expansion and modernization stage of the El
Dorado airport, according to the work schedule and contract specifications, with an

IN GENERALIn February 2019, the Arbitration Court resolved through award and
decided on the controversy between the Concesión Vial de los
Llanos (Los Llanos Road Concession) and the National
Infrastructure Agency (Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura, ANI),
which was involved with the execution of the concession contract
of the Road Network of the Meta project, and invited both parties to
renegotiate the fundamentals of the contract.
HIGHLIGHTS
In November 2019, the Otrosí 7 was signed with the goal to make contractual adjustments that would allow the parties to advance in the discussions towards a potential agreement.
Meanwhile, the concession has complied with the service levels and indicators required by the contract in operational activities and the pre-construction maintenance phase.

Project that, being part of the ring road that is being built around Bogota, is focused on promoting the regional integration of the Sabana de Bogotá through the improvement of existing roads in order to connect the north with the city center and the south of the Sabana, by means of more than 50 kilometers of roadways and an investment of close to COP 800.000 million.
