Why a Corporate Intranet?

  One corporate tool and information source for everybody. Same information channel for all entities. Clear communication flow with live-up-dates and appropriate filing-systems.

  Increases productivity of whole organisation by reduced time to find contact and information needed for the daily work. Easy and efficient way to exchange relevant information.

  The Global Intranet will be built as a fix template which can be replicated to divisional or even to country level and also for the shared service departments (e.g. HR, legal, finance, IT).

  Various language packs are available driven by the browser settings.

  Targeting a high level of standardization in the IT landscape. Streamlining the solutions and applications worldwide.

  Accomplish the prerequisites to achieve the targets above. Base the project on the pre-work already done by Swissport USA.

Status of Corporate Intranet project

The  Corporate  Intranet  is  almost  ready  for  going  live  with  the  first  release:  •  Consistent  Corporate  Design  of  all  sub-­‐sites  

•  Replica.on  func.on  for  divisional  /  country  /  sta.on  level  

•  Mul.  language  naviga.on  structure  available  

•  The  access  to  the  Intranet  is  established:  needs  to  be  tested  in  all  countries  

•  Automa.c  upload  of  contact  list:  target  date  end  of  Oct  2011  

•  Content  needs  to  be  completed:  a3er  successful  technical  acceptance  test  (Nov)
