This innovative and liquid corporate bond is listed on a recognised exchange, is available to both retail and HNW investors. As a standard asset this bond can be held in several tax efficient wrappers including ISA, SIPP, SSAS and QROPS.
The company develops hotels, resorts and residential developments. They have a clear strategy to partner with global brands with a proven track record on hotel and resort developments. The strategy for residential opportunities will focus on major European cities where there is a proven supply/demand imbalance and the potential for capital growth.
The Company proposes to raise up to £30 million by the issue of secured debenture loan stock. The Debentures will carry a coupon of 8% in years 1 to 3, rising to 10% in year 4 and 12% in year 5. All the Debentures will be redeemed on the fifth anniversary of Admission, but may be redeemed (either in whole or in part) before that date at par at the option of the Company.
