This is an investment opportunity in a high yield corporate bond. As a standard asset listed on a recognised exchange, this bond can be held in several tax efficient wrappers including ISA, SIPP, SSAS and QROPS.

This company was founded in order to take advantage of an opportunity in the Swedish real estate market. The directors are experienced in property development and refinement and engage in investment and development projects both in its own right and together with partners.

The company’s main focus will lie in acquiring development land and land that can be re-zoned for change of use, as well as existing commercial properties with residential development/conversion potential in areas where the demand for residential units are greater than supply, particularly in metropolitan Stockholm.

The Directors have more than 30 years’ experience in the real estate market, through participation in and management of approximately 25 development and refinement projects.
