2. Open For Busniess (Pembukaan Perniagaan)

You NEED open new business day every morning before start your business. You cannot start your business if you are not open new business day.** NOTA ISTIMEWA ** Anda PERLU membuka hari jualan baru setiap pagi iaitu sebelum memulakan aktiviti perniagaan anda. Anda tidak boleh memulakan operasi perniagaan baru sekiranya anda tidak membuka hari jualan baru.(Press [Open For Business] button to proceed open new business day.)Tekan pada butang [Open For Business] untuk membuka jualan baru.

2 Confirm the business date and time as default. Date format is “ddmmyyyy”.Sahkan tarikh dan waktu perniagaan anda. Format tarikh yang betul adalah “dd-mm-yyyy”

3 Choose your business session.

Pilih sesi jualan anda.

4Key in initial money before start the business.Masukan permulaan wang sebelum memulakan perniagaan harian.

5 After entering Opening Time , Shift and Float. Pressed [Open Shift] button.Selepas masuk tarikh and waktu, sesi jualan dan permulaan wang.Tekan butang [Open Shift].

6Open business report.Laporan pembukaan jualan harian.

3. Attendance Record(Merekod Kedatangan Harian)

4. POS Sales Screen(Jualan POS Skrin)

(Tekan butang [POS].)

2 “There is a black box at the pos screen beside the “Home” button is used for entering barcode or manually key in item code”(Di atas tepi [Home] butang, ada sekotak hitam. Itu di guna untuk masukan barkode atau barang barkode)

3 After the barcode is keyed. Quantity, Item name, Unit Price, Sub Total, Discount Percentage, Discount Amount and remark is shown in the screen.(Selepas barkode di masuk. “Quantity, Item name, Unit Price, Sub Total, Discount Percentage, Discount Amount dan Remark akan di papar di skrin)

4 If item quantity purchased is more than 1 quantity, press on menu at list order. Then, press [+] button and press [OK] button. (Jika kuantiti menu adalah lebih dari 1, tekan pada menu tersebut. Kemudian tekan pada butang [+]. Kemudian tekan pada butang [OK].)If customer have special request, just key in it at [Remark] field and press [OK]. It will display at order list.(Jika pelanggan mempunyai permintaan istimewa. Tuliskan permintaan tersebut di ruang [Remark] dan tekan [OK]. Ia akan dipaparkan pada senarai pesanan.)

a If customer request for a change on discount on the product. Click on [Discount] button and a small box is showed. Click on either three of the discount of choices.(Jika pelanggan ada permintaan under mendapatkan diskaun atas pembelian. Tekan [Discount] butang dan akan keluar kotak kecil untuk pemilihan.

b By choosing [By Percent] under [Discount]. It will show the discount on percentage and will change the total Balance.Jika guna [By Percent], Itu akan tunjuk diskaun dengan peratusan dan akan mengubah jumlah seimbang.

c By choosing [By Amount] under [Discount]. It will minus from unit price with the amount entered under [Discount] and will change the total Balance.Jika guna [By Amount] . Itu akan menolak dari harga unit dengan jumlah yang di masukan dan akan mengubah jumlah seimbang.

d By choosing [By Mark Down] under [Discount]. It will show the amount that is mark down straight to the product and will be showed at total Balance.Jika guna [By Mark Down]. Itu and tunjuk jumlah yang dimasukan dan di tunjuk di jumlah seimbang.

5 If Item code doesn’t exist in the system or the box is empty. It will prompt out an error box.Jika kod barang tidak wujud atau tidak di masukan. Kotak ralak akan keluar.

6 a At the top bar, [Hold] button is used for holding a bill that is existing for the customer. The screen will be cleared after pressed.Di bar atas,[Hold] butang digunakan untuk memegang bill yang wujud untuk pelangan.Selepas dipegang,skrin akan dibersih.

b After [Hold] button is issued. To recall the last bill, pressed on [Recall] button that is beside [Hold] button.Selepas [Hold] butang dikeluarkan. Untuk memangil balik bil tekan [Recall] butang yang ditepi [Hold] butang.

c Pressed [RECALL] on the “Held Chit” to recall back the last bill that is on holded. The [DELETE] button is used to delete the last bill.Tekan [RECALL] di “Held Chit” untuk memangil balik bil yang di penang.

7 ** SPECIAL NOTE **[Print Bill] Used on terminal printer. It will print out the current bill of the product.**Notis Istimewa**[Print Bill] diguna di terminal mesin pencetak. Ia akan cetak bill semasa pada produk.

8 [Reprint] is used to reprint the past, previous and current bill.[Reprint] butang diguna untuk cetakan semula masa lalu, sekarang dan semasa bil.

By pressing the [Calender] shaped button. It will show the date to reprint the receipt .Tekan butang [Calender] berbentuk. Ia akan menujuk tarikh untik cetakan semula penerimaan.By pressing [List All Invoices] button. It will show the full list of the ‘Invoices’ by ‘Date’ ,’Invoice No’, ‘Customer’ and ‘A4’ or ‘Receipt Printer’ to print out the receipt.Tekan butang [List All Invoices]. Ia akan menujuk satu list yang panjang tentang ‘Invoices’ dengan ‘Date’, ‘Invoice No’, ‘Customer’ dan ‘A4’ atau ‘Receipt Printer’ untuk cetak recipt.By entering invoice receipt number at ‘Reprint Paid Bill’. ‘Starting’ of the invoice and the ‘End’ of the invoice bill.Dengan memasukan invois nombor di ‘Reprint Paid Bill’. ‘Starting’ invois nombor dan ‘End’ invois nombor bil.

9 The [Reset] button is used to reset the whole transaction. Butang [Reset] digunakan untuk menetap semula keseluruhan transaksi.

10 a After clicking the product and for paying. Click [Payment] on method to payment.Selepas menekan produk dan untuk membayar. Tekan butang [Payment] untuk memilih cara membayar.

5. Stock()

Tekan butang [stock] jika anda ingin melihat laporan stok dan pergerakkan stok.

Press [Stock Movement] button to see stock procurement, receive stock, adjustment listing, adjust sales and adjust payment.

Tekan butang [Stock Movement] untuk melihat stok perolehan, stok yang diterima, senarai ubah suai, ubah suai jualan, dan ubah suai bayaran.

Press [Stock Report] button to see stock card, current stock level, stock procurement, stock adjustment stock receive and stock issue.

Tekan butang [Stock Report] untuk melihat stok kad, paras stok semasa, stok perolehan, pengubahsuaian stok ,stok yang diterima dan masalah stok.

Under [Current Stock Level] button. The button [Generate] is able to export to Microsoft Excel.Bawah butang [Current Stock Level] . Butang [Generate] di guna untuk eksport laporan ke Microsoft Excel.

Under [Stock Issue] button. The ‘Output’ drop down menu , select the ‘CSV’ and press [Generate] button to export to Microsoft Excel.Bawah butang [Stock Issue]. Di ‘Output’ menu yang jatuh bawah, pilih ‘CSV’ dan tekan butang [Generate] untuk eksport ke Microsoft Excel.

6. Report(Mengakses Ohana)

Tekan butang [Report] untuk melihat laporan jualan harian, laporan jualan, laporan kakitangan, laporan produk dan cawangan.

1 Press [Daily Sales] button to see daily collection, card payment, daily sales, void transaction, Daily Shift, Daily Staff Performance and Staff Attendance. Tekan butang [Daily Sales] untuk melihat koleksi harian, bayaran kad, jualan harian, transaksi tidak sah ,anjakan harian, prestasi kakitangan harian dan kehadiran kakitangan.

Under [Daily Collection] , [Daily Sales] and [Daily Shift] The ‘Output’ drop down menu , select the ‘CSV’ and press [Generate] button to export to Microsoft Excel.Bawah butang [Daily Collection] , [Daily Sales] dan [Daily Shift]. Di ‘Output’ menu yang jatuh bawah, pilih ‘CSV’ dan tekan butang [Generate] untuk eksport ke Microsoft Excel.

3 Press [Sales] button to see daily collection , invoice detail, daily sales ,receipt number report ,transcation detail, payment detail, void transaction ,monthly sales analysis, item sales listing (with option) , daily sales summary, daily sales summary 2 and daily shift .Tekan butang [Sales] untuk melihat laporan berkaitan jualan iaitu koleksi harian invois terperinci harian resit pembelian nombor laporan transaksi terperinci pembayaran butiran transaksi tidak sah bulanan analisis jualan item senarai jualan (dengan pilihan) harian jualan ringkasan harian jualan ringkasan 2 dan harian anjakan.

Under [Daily Collection], [Invoice Detail] , [Daily Sales], [Daily Sales Summary], [Daily Sales Summary 2],[Daily Shift] , [Monthly Sales Analysis] and [Receipt Number Report]. 4 Press [Staffs] button to see staff attendance, Stylist Performance, assistant performance, daily staff performance, staff attendance , monthly individual performance (S2) and monthly staff performance (S3). Tekan butang [Staffs] untuk melihat laporan kehadiran pekerja , prestasi pendandan, prestasi Pembantu, prestasi pekerja harian, kehadiran pekerja, bulanan prestasi individu (S2) dan bulanan pekerja prestasi (S3).

5 Press [Product] to see item sales analysis, category sales report, sales analysis by brand, category sales report, category sales analysis and sales by brand. Tekan butang [Product] untuk melihat analysis jualan barangan,laporan jualan kategori,analisis jualan oleh jenama,laporan jualan kategori,analisis jualan kategori dan jualan oleh jenama.

6 Press [Stock] button to see item list and stock receive.Tekan butang [Stock] untuk melihat senarai barang dan menerima stok.

Under [Item List] . The ‘Output’ drop down menu , select the ‘CSV’ and press [Generate] button to export to Microsoft Excel.

Bawah butang [Item List]. Di ‘Output’ menu yang jatuh bawah, pilih ‘CSV’ dan tekan butang [Generate] untuk eksport ke Microsoft Excel.

7 Press [GST] button to see new gst filing , gst filing history , tax filing (purchase) and tax filing (supply).Tekan butang [GST] untuk melihat pemfailan baru gst, sejarah pemfailan gst, memfailkan cukai (pembelian) dan memfailkan cukai (bekalan).

7. Configuration(Konfigurasi)

button to manage thing that relate with company, preferences, GST code, user group, user, shift, member type, document number, document template, SMS template, product, price book ,discount , supplier group and user menu. Tekan butang [Configure] untuk menguruskan perkara yang berkaitan syarikat , keutamaan, kod GST, kumpulan pengguna, pengguna, peralihan , jenish ahli, nombor dokumen, template dokumen, template SMS, produk, buku harga, diskaun , kumpulan, pembekal dan menu pengguna.

Press [Company] button to see company profile.Is the company profile details, once it’s [Save] it will appear on the bill or receipt.Tekan butang [Company] untuk melihat syatikat profile. Ia syarikat butiran profil, sekali [Save] ia akan muncul pada bil about resit.Logo is the system logo.Logo untuk system logo.

GST ID will appear on the bill or receipt.GST ID akan keluar atas bill atau resit.Press the [Save] button once all is done to make the modification.Tekan butang [Save] selepas semua siap pengubahsuaian.

3 Press [Preferences] button under system preferences enter system preferences that allows user to change.Tekan butang [Preferences] di bawah ‘system preferences’ masuk keutamaan system yang membenarkan mengubah.

Under [Button] tab , enter system preferences that allows user to change.

Bawah tab [Button] ,masuk keutamaan system you membolehkan pengguna mengubah.Under [Shortcut] tab, by choosing an item from the list. It will be able to show on the POS sales screen.Bawah tab [Shortcut], dengan memilih sebarang dari senarai. Boleh tunjuk di POS jualan skrin.Under [Taxes] tab, is to set the GST that is to set inclusive GST type and enable GST.Bawah tab [Taxes], untuk ditetapkan untuk inclusive jenis GST dan membenar GST.

Under [Printing –Misc] tab is to select printer modal and to print out the receipt. ‘VFD Tag Line’ is for POS customer display. ‘Footer’ is for the receipt ending.Bawah tab [Printing-Misc] untuk milih model pencetak dan mencetak resit. Untuk ‘VFD Tag Line’ diguna only POS pelenggan tengok. ‘Footer’ akan di bawah resit.

4Press [Preferences] button under system preferences enter system preferences that allows user to change.Tekan butang [Preferences] di bawah ‘system preferences’ masuk keutamaan system yang membenarkan mengubah.

Under [Button] tab , enter system preferences that allows user to change.Bawah tab [Button] ,masuk keutamaan system you membolehkan pengguna mengubah.

Under [Shortcut] tab, by choosing an item from the list. It will be able to show on the POS sales screen.Bawah tab [Shortcut], dengan memilih sebarang dari senarai. Boleh tunjuk di POS jualan skrin

Press [GST Codes] button under system preferences Tekan butang [GST Codes] di bawah ‘system preferences’To search by GST code. [Create New] is used to create a new GST tax code.Untuk memcari code GST. [Create New] diguna untuk buat kod tax GST yang baru.Is so edit or delete the particular GST code.Untuk mengubah about memadam sesuatu kod GST.

After clicking [Create New] button, next is GST Tax Code page which. New ‘Tax Code , Description and Tax Percent’.Selepas tekan butang [Create New], seterusnya halaman ‘GST Tax Code’ . Baru ‘Tax code’, ‘Description’ dan ‘Tax Percent’.

6 Press [User Group] button under system preferences .Tekan butang [User Group] di bawah ‘system preferences’

[Create Group] button is used to create a new group. Once it done, the new group will appear below the group. Also [X] is able to delete the selected group.Butang [Create Group] diguna untuk membuat group baru. Selepas selesai, group baru akan dipaparkan dibawah group. Juga [X] diguna untuk memadam kumpulan dipilih.After clicking a user group, Admin is allowed to choose the ‘User Permission’ for specific user group. After it is selected press [Save].Selepas tekan kumpulan pengguna, Admin dibenarkan untuk memilih ‘User Permission’ untuk kumpulan pengguna tertentu. Selepas ia dipillih tekan [Save].

7 Press [User] button under system preferences .Tekan butang [User] di

User is able to log in the system or access the system that is made by the admin. Also can create new user through [Create User] and delete the user by [X].Pengguna boleh log masuk system atau mengakses system yang dibuat oleh admin. Juga boleh mencipta pengguna baru melalui [Create User] dan memadam pengguna dengan [X]After clicking [Create User], user need to enter ‘User ID, User Group, Password and Staff Card’ and click [Save].Selepas tekan [Create User], pengguna perlu memasukkan ‘User ID’ ,’User Group’,’Password’, dan ‘Staff Card’ dan tekan [Save].

Under ‘Access Control’ tab, is able to choose the particular Access for the user.Di bawah tab ‘Access

Control’, mampu memilih akses tertentu untuk pengguna.

8 Press [Shift] button under system preferences .Tekan butang [Shift] di bawah ‘system preferences’.

Press the [Create Shift] to create a new shift for the starting and closing of the day.Tekan [Create Shift] untuk membuat satu anjakan baru untul permulaan dan penutupan hari.

After pressing [Create Shift] admin , is needed to type in the ‘Shift Title, Description, Start time and Closing Time’. Press [Save] button after entering the details.Selepas menkan [Create Shift] admin, diperlukan untuk menaip dalam ‘Shift Title’,’Description’,’Start Time’, dan ‘Closing Time’. Tekan butang [Save] selepas memasuki butiran.

9 Press [Member Type] button under system preferences .Tekan butang [Member Type] di bawah ‘system preferences’.

Press [Member Type], to add a new member type user must enter a member code in ‘New Member Type Code’ and press [Save] for it to appear at the ‘Member Type Code’.Tekan [Member Type] untuk menambah yang baru jenis ahli pengguna perlu memasukkan kod ahli dalam ‘New Member Type Code’ dan tekan [Save] untuk di muncul di ‘Member Type Code’.

10 Press [Document Number] button under system preferences .Tekan butang [Document Number] di bawah ‘system preferences’.

Press [Document Number] to go to ‘Document Code and Numbering’. To create a new voucher number ,press [Create Voucher Number]. Also able to delete and edit

the Voucher Code.Tekan [Document Number] untuk pergi ke ‘Document Code and Numbering’. Untuk membuat nombor baucar baru, tekan [Create Voucher Number]. Juga dapat memdam dan mengedit ‘Voucher Code’.After pressing [Create Voucher Number], it is to create different type of document template. By selecting ‘Type’ for the type of document. After that press [Save] to save the voucher code. In ‘Number Sequence Format’ is used for type of document. In ‘Starting Number’ is used to start the document number. Selepas menekan [Create Voucher Number], ia adalah untuk mewujudkan pelbagai jenis template dokumen. Dengan memilih ‘Type’ untuk jenis dokumen. Selepas itu tekan [Save] untuk menyimpan kod baucar. Pada ‘Number Sequence Format’ digunakan untuk jenis dokumen. Pada ‘Starting Number’ digunakan untuk memulakan beberapa dokumen itu.

11 Press [Crate New] to create a new document template. Press the pencil shape button to edit the document template and [X] to delete the template.Pressing the [Create New], it allows to create the document template. By typing in ‘Document Type’, ‘Template Name’ and ‘Template’ where you can add the header and footer in the template.

12 Press [New Category] , is used to open a new product category‘Product Category Setup’ page user need to enter ‘Category Code’ and ‘Description’.[Import] button is used to

import the item from Microsoft Excel. Tick ‘Item List – simple’ for excel, [Choose File] to select the excel file and [Import] to import the excel sheet.For particular product category and item code. Once item is created the product code that is under the item will be arranged into the correct item category.Under ‘Item Detail’, user must enter ‘Item code’ ,’Barcode’ and ‘Item name’. ‘Barcode’ could either be scan through a device or typed in manually.
