Lana Nguyen PA Secretary • Attends all the PA meetings• Responsible for roll call & events calendar• Types minutes shortly after the meeting and distributes final

to attendees and inclusion on the PA page of the CAPS website.

Deo Agustin PA Treasurer • Maintains custody of all funds of the PA• Keeps an accurate record of receipts and expenditures.

Disburses funds of the Association.• Works with the President to create an annual budget for the

PA• Presents the budget to the PA for approval• Presents a monthly income statements and balance sheet .

Abel Yanez VP Community Relations

• Manage the relationships necessary to the growth and success of the PA.

• Organize promotional events with an emphasis on building personal connections over the long term with the CAPS community.

• Our goal – Support our scholars and Cornerstone values through organizing, participating, and funding events
