3.1. Local Communication Campaigns
Each local authority/energy agency co-proposer will develop a local communication campaign and be a pioneer in implementing the national certification scheme in order to improve the energy performance of buildings as quickly as possible. The Display® poster and communication tools will be used wherever appropriate

• Discussion lists and/or blogs for the exchange of communication experiences among Display users
• Two training workshops (20 participants each)• 3 European users club meetings (20 participants each) and
minutes (months 8, 22, 29).• 3 national users club meetings in each country covered by
the CYBER consortium (IT, UK, FR, PT, CZ, Sl, FI, LT, EI) (15-30 participants each, depending on the country)
• Local communication actions as listed in section 6

monitors • Presentation given at a National seminar organised
by Sustainable energy Ireland (4th September 2009)

• 3rd National Users Club Meeting 9th April Portlaoise

• Results of these audits used for an application to national funding programme, 11 buildings have had major refurbishments undertaken as a result of this application
