India is a large country 1.2 Billion people

… with a large supply of talent 4 million graduates produced every year

About 0.5 million technology graduates (Engineers) and 3.5 million general graduates

... but talent not immediately “employable”; 3 million of the 4 million graduates do not get a job immediately after graduation

… a largely untrained nation 95% of the youth in the 15-25 years age group are trained formally in a skill/competency

in the developed world
