RULES AND POLICIESCOSTUMES1. Costumes deemed lewd or offensive due to nudity are not permitted. Please keep costumes PG-13.2. Costumes that display offensive language or image are not permitted.3. Costumes that may restrict your movement and/or impair you vision are not allowed in the convention hall.4. Tall stilts, skates, or any shoes with wheels will not be allowed.5. Shoes MUST be worn at all times.6. No costumes may be realistic depictions of Law Enforcement or Military uniforms, or have the words POLICE, POLICIA, SWAT, FBI, DEA, CIA or any other official Government Agency names or initials on them.

PHOTOS & VIDEOTAPINGLvl Up Expo will have official convention photographers and approved media to take pictures and videos of the convention, attendees and events. By attending Lvl Up Expo, or wearing or purchasing a Lvl Up Expo badge, you agree to allow Lvl Up Expo to use photos that may be taken of you for promotional and decorative purposes. When photographing individuals or costumes, please use common courtesy and ask before photographing them. Please respect their rights if they do not wish to be photographed or videotaped. If someone asks or otherwise indicated that they do not wish to be photographed, do not photograph them! Out of courtesy to our vendors, please also refrain from taking photos in front of or explicitly of their products or booths without their permission.

CHILDRENChildren 10 and under get in free with a paying adult. Children of all ages must be supervised by an adult at all times. The Lvl Up Expo Corporation, contractors and staff through Lvl Up Expo and LVCVA

will not be held responsible for any unsupervised children.

WEAPONS/PROPS1. All props brought into Lvl Up Expo must be in compliance with all current Las Vegas, Nevada, or Federal laws and statues. No exceptions.2. All props will be reviewed before entering the Lvl Up Expo convention hall and peace-bonded for approval.3. Live steel, firearms, projectiles, and open flame are not allowed on the premises of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Exceptions to this rule are: toy plastic guns, air guns with orange tip and NO moving parts, and any plastic guns that are stripped of external parts and magazine clips.4. No ammunition of any kind is allowed on the Lvl Up Expo grounds.5. No explosives, fireworks, or chemicals are allowed on Lvl Up Expo grounds.6. Wooden, paper mache, and foam weapons are permitted.7. Any props that are misused, thrown, swung, or may cause harm to other attendees will result in your privilege as a Lvl Up Expo attendee to be revoked.8. Any boxed weapons purchased in the convention hall, must remain boxed and stored in your private head quarters.9. Any “oversized” props will not be permitted on convention grounds. A prop that exceeds 6ft and weights more than 30 pounds is considered an “oversized” prop. You will be asked to keep this prop off convention grounds.10. Any prop deemed dangerous by any Lvl Up Expo Staff Member will not be permitted on convention grounds.11. Our policy may be subject to change without prior notice.12. Gun-like props may not be pointed at another person at anytime, including posing for pictures.

SPECIAL GUESTSCAROLINA RAVASSAVOICE ACTRESSBorn in Cali, Colombia, Carolina Ravassa has appeared on The Affair opposite Dominic West, Mr. Robot with Bobby Cannavale & Rami Malek, and has done a few shorts with Reggie Watts. She produced, directed, and starred in the webseries Hispanglosaxon, which won an Imagen Award for Best Webseries. She is known for her voice work in the video games Overwatch (Sombra), Grand Theft Auto V (Taliana Martinez), Max Payne III, Red Dead Redemption II, Just Cause 4 and upcoming voices on Disney, Nickelodeon, Netflix and Cartoon Network.

GAKU SPACEVOICE ACTORBorn in Tokyo, Japan, Gaku Space decided to forgo a baseball career to pursue his passion for acting. Relocating to Los Angeles, he studied acting and became an advanced martial artist in Filipino Kali and Japanese sword fighting. In 2014, he landed a lead role in the live-action series Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist by Capcom as Goki. He’s now best known for his work as Genji from Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch.

JONNY CRUZVOICE ACTORJonny is an actor/director know for titles such as Matador, Overwatch, Hitman, Hero’s of the Storm, Prototype 2, Stinky and Dirty. Jonny’s passions led him to start his career in Dallas Texas, landing him some fun direct to DVD action movies (Walking Tall: Long Justice, Missionary Man) and early TV appearances (Prison Break). He produced and directed his first feature film (Small Timers) and many online series before moving to LA. Since living in LA he has made his way into television (Matador, The Closer, NCIS: Los Angeles) and voice over (Overwatch as Lucio, Hitman, Hero’s of the Storm, Prototype 2, Stinky and Dirty). He is Currently working on a few new VO titles and is a Producer at Facebook | Instagram

JEN COHNVOICE ACTRESSJen Cohn is best known for her role voicing ‘Pharah’ in Overwatch. She’s also the voice of ‘Lord Zash’ in Star Wars: The Old Republic, and of Zuko and Azula’s mother ‘Ursa’ in Avatar: The Last Airbender. Jen’s other voice credits include characters in Turbo, Word Girl, Assy McGee, MAD, World of Warcraft, a few Grand Theft Auto’s, and Red Dead Redemption I. When not doing voiceovers for video games, animation, and commercials, Jen can be found acting onscreen, writing and producing, and running around New York and Paris Fashion Weeks, where she trend scouts and consults new brands. She lives in New York City.

CHARLET CHUNGVOICE ACTRESSCharlet Chung is a Japanese/Korean-American television and film actor who is also the voice of D.Va from Blizzard Entertainment’s OVERWATCH, Julia Argent from Netflix’s CARMEN SANDIEGO and Seraph from CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS III. Her extensive list of on-screen credits include appearances on truTV’s FAMELESS, Netflix’s GRACE AND FRANKIE and Fox’s 911. Charlet is recurring on Fox’s FAMILY GUY, TBS’ AMERICAN DAD and Cartoon Network’s CRAIG OF THE CREEK and is also a series regular on two upcoming animated series that will air later this year.

SPECIAL GUESTSPAUL NAKAUCHIVOICE ACTORAn LA native, Paul Nakauchi has worked in many facets of the entertainment industry, including theater, voice-overs, television and film. He began his career in the ensemble of the “King and I’ with the legendary Yul Brynner. He was in the 1996 revival with Donna Murphy and Lou Diamond Phillips and two years, later he ascended to the throne of the “King” on London’s West End starring opposite Elaine Paige, and most recently finished a year and a half run of the 2016 Tony award winning revival directed by Bart Sher as the Kralahome starring with Ken Watanabe and Tony award winners, Kelli Ohara, and Ruthie Ann Miles. His TV credits include “ER,” “Star Trek, Deep Space 9.” Hulu’s “Deadbeat,” and his film credits include “The Great Raid,” He was in Vancouver BC, filming Adam Wingard’s adaptation of the anime series “Death Note,” where he plays the role of Watari.

COLLEEN CLINKENBEARDVOICE ACTRESSColleen Smith Clinkenbeard is an American voice actress, line producer, ADR director and script writer at Funimation who provides the voices for English versions of Japanese anime series. Having starred as Rachel Moore in the long-running detective series Case Closed, she then served as the ADR director on Fullmetal Alchemist which aired on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim and would star in many other popular anime shows including as Monkey D. Luffy in the Funimation dub of One Piece; the young Goku and Gohan in Dragon Ball Z Kai; Yuko Ichihara in xxxHolic, Riza Hawkeye in the Fullmetal Alchemist series and Erza Scarlet in Fairy Tail.

DAVID MATRANGAVOICE ACTORDavid Anthony Matranga is an American voice actor. He works primarily for English dubbed anime for Funimation and Sentai Filmworks. David is best known as the voice of Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia, Hideki Hinata from Angel Beats, Bertholdt Hoover from the popular Attack on Titan series,Tomoya Okazaki from the Clannad series, Takumi Usui from Maid Sama, Ghost from the Halo Legends movie,Briareos from the Appleseed series,Yu Himura from the EF series, and God Serena from Fairy Tail.

MONICA RIALVOICE ACTRESSMonica Rial has been working in the anime industry for 20 years and she is currently listed as the most prolific anime voice actor in the USA. She is best known for her work as Bulma in the Dragon Ball franchise but she has lent her voice to over 500 anime including Black Butler, Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card, Fairy Tail, My Hero Academia, One Piece, OuranHost Club, Panty and Stocking, Soul Eater, Yuri!!! on Ice, and many more. She’s also appeared in RWBY, and several video games including Tales of Berseria, Fire Emblem Echoes, Ms. ‘Splosion Man, Monster Tale, Smite, Borderlands 2, Borderlands the Pre-Sequel, and Orcs Must Die!

SEAN SCHEMMELVOICE ACTORSean Schemmel is a professional Voice Actor, ADR Director, Audio Engineer, and Musician. Since 1999 he has been the definitive English voice of Goku (as well as King Kai and Nail) from the internationally acclaimed anime Dragon Ball Z, as well as Dragon Ball Super, Dragon Ball Z Kai, Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball video games for all English speaking countries. Sean has provided voices for hundreds of animated characters over the past 20 years on many hit shows and video games spanning many different genres, including but not limited to; Pokemon, Sofia the First, Little Big Awesome, Super Smash Brothers, Tom and Jerry, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (4Kids Productions), Fallout 4, God of War, Batman, DC Super Hero Girls, Scooby Doo, and many others.

MAILE FLANAGANVOICE ACTRESSMaile Flanagan has been the lead NARUTO & NARUTO SHIPPUDEN for over 700 episodes, 43 video games and 6 movies. She is Principal Perry on Disney XD’s LAB RATS, and won an Emmy for voiceover for “Jaker’s! The Adventures of Piggley Winks. She has appeared in many cartoons including The Loud House and Pig Goat Banana Cricket (both recurring), Ice Age 3 and the Oscar-winning feature Rango. On camera she has dozens of credits including recurring on Shameless, Grey’s Anatomy and been in many shows/movies including The Mindy Project, Last Man Standing, Mike and Molly, ER, Yes Man, Phone Booth, etc. Upcoming films: 3 Bears and the Perfect Gift and My Babysitter the Superhero.

As an actress, she is currently playing Governor Pryce in Star Wars Rebels, Dr. Maheswaran in Steven Universe,Talis in StarCraft II, Johanna in Heroes of the Storm, and Queen Metalia in Salor Moon Crystal. Mary Elizabeth portrayed Major Motoko Kusanagi in Ghost In The Shell Innocence, Solid State Society and Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex for which she won the American Anime Award for Best Actress. You can also hear her as the Female Crusader in Diablo III: Reaper of Souls, Kurutsu in Ghost in the Shell Arise, and Nora in Final Fantasy XIII.
