How to Migrate Data from Bitrix24 to Vtiger


Migration Setup

1. Initiate Migration to Bitrix24

1. Go to Bitrix24 app web page and press ‘Install’ button.

2. Provide your Bitrix24 URL in the corresponding field.

3. Click ‘Install’ to add the application to your Bitrix24 account.

2. Create your account

Visit app.data2crm.com and register your Data2CRM account.

Provide your name, email, choose the password and specify your phone number.

3. Specify Source CRM

Select your CRM type, in this case choose Bitrix24 and provide your URL.

3. Specify Source CRM• In case, you aren’t signed in your account, you will be redirected to

Bitrix24.

• After pressing the ‘Log In’ button, you will be redirected to themigration wizard.

4. Specify Target CRM URL

1. Specify your Vtiger URL in the

provided field in the migration

wizard.

2. Select CRM Source type.

3. Provide your username.

4. Specify the access key**

*Vtiger Open SourceTo get Vtiger access key, follow the instruction below:

Login to your Vtiger CRM.

Copy ‘Access Key’ and paste it in the migration wizard.

Login to your Vtiger CRM

On Demand.

Copy ‘Access Key’ and paste it in the migration wizard.

Go to ‘My preferences’.2

5. Select Migration Options

Check the boxes

to activate the following

migration options:

• Account

• Contact

• Task

• Opportunity

• Lead

6. Start Demo MigrationNow, start your Demo Migration. Data2CRM moves up a limited amount of records

from all specified modules for you to see how the service works.

Note. You can skip this

step and start

Full migration right away

7. Start Full CRM Migration

Proceed with the CRM data migration to Vtiger.

After you start the full migration,

your Bitrix24 data will be

moved directly to Vtiger.

You'll receive an email

notification as soon as

the transfer is complete.

8. Full Migration Is CompleteCongratulations! Now you may check up the result of migration and

enjoy your new Vtiger software.
