Touch screen to begin... • Powers on the system• Presets the volume to default levels• Advances the touchpanel to the Main Page.

Shades • Activates the shade control menu at the top of the touchpanel.

Displays • Activated the displays control menu at the top of the touchpanel.

Lighting • Activates the lighting control menu at the top of the touchpanel.

Volume • Activates the appropriate volume controls at the top of the touchpanel.

Presentation • Activates the presentation source options in the center of the touchpanel.

Audio Conference • Activates the audio conference control in the center of the touchpanel

Recording Sources • Activates the video conference options as detailed later in this document.• Powers on the projector and monitors if off.• Selects the default video conference setup. The projector will always display the far end image.• The rear camera is selected as the default send source.

Video Conference • Advances the touchpanel to the Exit System confirmation screen.

• Selects the current preview source.• The source image is displayed on the touchpanel video window• The appropriate transport controls for the selected source are shown at the bottom of the touchpanel, if applicable.

Send to projector • displays the currently selected preview source on the video projector• The projector is powered on if off•The proper switch is made on the switcher•The source image is displayed on the projector and the audio is heard in the room

Exit System

Yes • Advances the touchpanel to the system shut down progress screen• Disconnects any video or audio calls which may currently be in progress• Ends recording• Stops all transport decks• Clears all outputs of the switchers• Turns off power to the projector and monitors

No • Returns the user to the previous screen without any changes to the current system configuration
