NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
The showcases entail an entire day spent focusing on the needs of the contractors.
VENDOR FAIR
The vendor fair provides a great opportunity for networking and education. Depending on your level of sponsorship the options
available include: table tops, product demos, handouts and other materials. Upon request, vendors also have the opportunity
to showcase larger equipment in a reserved outdoor area.
- Breakfast is served 90 MINUTES prior to the beginning of the presentation to maximize exposure and contractor presence.
- A 30 MINUTE break is scheduled during the presentation to give vendors the opportunity to meet with contractors.
- The buffet style LUNCH HOUR is hugely popular for the food and sponsor inquiries. This allows direct call to action from our
presentation content to the corporate sponsors.
WRAP-UP AND EXHIBITORS AREA
The wrap-up consists of several giveaways for the contractors. Once concluded, the contractors exit to the vendor fair area to
browse products and speak with the various sponsors.

CONTRACTOR SHOWCASE VIDEOS
Our showcase videos are a great way to promote your company
and highlight your products features and benefits. Throughout
our presentation, we educate and demonstrate best practices in
hardscaping by utilizing a variety of scenarios. We create examples of
successful sales, profitable estimates and efficient installations with the
use of appropriate tools and equipment. Your company’s products and
services can be referred to during these presentations; providing you
with exposure and lead generation.
Our sales team will promote your company’s products at various trade
shows and installation seminars throughout the upcoming year. In
addition, your video will be on our YouTube channels that currently have
over 1.1 million views, the Techo-Bloc app, and promoted through all
social media forms. The marketing results of showcase videos are highly
effective as they reach a large audience; promoting brand awareness
and lead generation.

LOGO ON MAILING PIECES
We conduct a mass contractor mailing to over 90,000 contractors across the Northeast, Mid Atlantic and Mid West United-States
as well as 5 Canadian provinces. There are also 40,000 contractor showcase invites handed out by numerous Techo-Bloc
distributors. An additional 20,000 invites are distributed throughout a variety of trade shows and 8,000 invitations are also
distributed through inserts in trade magazines.
LOGO ON TRADE MAGAZINE ADS
There are a total of 12 ads that are placed in the different Trade Magazines promoting the showcase from October through
February. They reach over 60,000 contractors in the US and Canada.
LOGO ON E-MAIL CAMPAIGN
We conduct several email blasts in order to help promote the upcoming showcases. Your logo can also be incorporated on the
email campaigns. This is an excellent source of exposure with high response rates.

SHOWCASE LITERATURE FOLDER
Each contractor attending the event receives a showcase folder featuring
new products, price lists, new tools, an agenda of the day and presentation
highlights. Your company logo can be featured on the printed agenda
handed out at the showcases.
There is also an opportunity to insert your company flyer (8.5” x 11”) in our
literature folder.

Raffles
At the end of each of our shows, we raffle off a variety of prizes to the contractors. There are several small prizes as well as
larger ones. As a sponsor you have the opportunity to raffle off prizes, pre-authorized by Techo-Bloc, which is an excellent way
to get back in front of the contractor community.

TECHO-BLOC HAS OUTFITTED A 53 FOOT TRACTOR TRAILER SHOWROOM
Referred to as a travelling billboard, our 53 foot tractor trailer showcases Techo-Bloc’s new products and is complete with
visuals and product descriptions. The travelling showroom goes from show to show and is exposed to over 13,000 contractors.
Your company logo can be advertised on our tractor trailer and/or can also be displayed inside our trailer, both options available
upon request.
