• Started in 1997 with 1 Dryer. Presently operating - 6 lines.
• Production increased from 8 TPD to 40 TPD.
• Improved the TSS of onion from 11º to 18º Brix.

• Period - Kharif : June – Oct. / Nov. Pre-Rabbi : Aug / Sept. – Dec. / Feb. Rabbi : Oct. / Dec – Mar. / June
• Varieties - Mostly (about 85%) Red onion for fresh market
• TSS : 12-13%.
• Planting - Six weeks Nursery, Transplanting, Harvesting after 110-140 days.
• Quality - Good quality bulbs without any cuts, bruises, etc.
• Neck & roots trimmed manually.
• Uses - Mostly consumed locally.
About 500,000 MTs exported to M.E. & other countries.
About 200,000 MTs of bulbs are dehydrated.

• Processed in 4 plants: 1 in Jalgaon, 2 in Chittoor & 1 in Udamalpet • Total Production Capacity: 1.75L MT per annum. • Set-up modern, large agro-processing plants in the midst of large
fruit plantations. • First plant established at Jalgaon in 1997, to manufacture Aseptic
fruit purees and concentrates.

• Promotion of UHDP . Conventionally Mango are planted with 10 m x 10 m spacing with 40 plants/acre.
• New UHDP is plantation with 2m x 4 m spacing enabling 505 plants/acre ( ten fold increase in number of plants/acre)
• Currently planting material and agronomical services extended up to 2000 acres . Plan to extend till 25,000 acres in next one decade.

• Spice Plant is set up in 2017 abiding by the International Processing standards
• Total Processing Capacity: 24000 MT per year
• Advanced Technology of Steam Sterilization adopted- One of the first in India to install in Spice Processing Plant
• Spices Processed- Chilli, Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Ginger
• The Raw Material procured in fresh and cleaning and drying process is performed in-house in the plant
