A minimum event attendance guarantee is required 72 hours (three business days) prior to your scheduled function. If an event attendance guarantee is not provided, we will consider the number indicated on the banquet event order (BEO) to be the correct guarantee number. The guarantee may be increased, but may not be lowered once the guarantee is provided. The group will be charged for the minimum guarantee or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater. We are pleased to set for and prepare to serve 5% over the guaranteed number of guests.
