2020 Contest Rules Miss Windsor Princess/Queen Contest Contest Rules - Please Retain for your Reference Contestant’s permanent residence must be located within the Windsor School District. Contestant must be single (non-married) females without children Contestant must be between the ages of 12-18 on or before August 30, 2020. A completed Application, Sponsorship Form, Essay, Parent/Guardian Permission & Release Form, and a check(s) totaling $20 made payable to Windsor SeptemberFest must be received for each participant according to the following deadlines: Mailing Deadline: Postmarked by August 24, 2020 Mailing address: Windsor SeptemberFest Attn: Queen/Princess Committee P.O. Box 252, Windsor, MO 65360 Drop Off Deadline: Drop off to Wanda's Bookkeeping No later than 3 pm August 28, 2020 209 S. Main, Windsor 1 st place winner will be awarded the title of Queen; 2 nd place winner will be awarded the title of First Princess; 3 rd place winner will be awarded the title of Second Princess. Queen winner must participate in the SeptemberFest Parade, Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020 (Princess & Queen winners must provide their own car, however all contestants may ride on the float in the parade if desired). Queen winner may be asked to make appearances throughout the remainder of the SeptemberFest activities, wearing her Tiara and Sash while in public. Queen winner will reign for a period of 1 year and must be available throughout the year for appearances. Queen winner must be available for all parades & activities in the city of Windsor, without prior notification. All winners must be available to hand down their title at the 2021 SeptemberFest Miss Windsor Queen contest. No entry fee refunds. Judges decisions are final. agree that a queen and princess should be neat, well groomed, able to stay confident in any situation, able to express her
own opinions professionally and have pride in her community.
