Page 3: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

We are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win. We will keep calm and carry on. We will stand tall and not bow down to those who wish us harm or try to intimidate us. We are SEAL, and we are proud of who we are.

OUR VALUES ARE: COURAGE, DIGNITY, PROFESSIONALISM, RESPECT AND LOYALTY.

COURAGE: WE FIGHT WITH COURAGE AND STAND UP TO THOSE WHO TRY TO KNOCK US DOWN. IF WE FALL, WE GET RIGHT BACK UP.

DIGNITY: WE MAY GET KNOCKED DOWN BUT WE STILL GET BACK UP AGAIN. WE NEVER LOSE OUR DIGNITY.

PROFESSIONALISM: NO MATTER WHAT WE ARE FACED WITH AND WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT US. WE REMAIN PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES, AND JUST GET ON WITH OUR LIVES. WE WILL NOT SCREAM AND SWEAR. WE WILL STAY CALM AND DISREGARD THE HATERS.

RESPECT: WE HAVE RESPECT FOR ONE ANOTHER AND RESPECT FOR OURSELVES. WE COME FROM DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS AND COUNTRIES. WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT VIEWS. THIS CREATES DISCUSSION AND HELPS DECISIONS TO BE MADE, AND TRUST TO BE BUILT.

DETERMINATION: THROUGH OUR DETERMINATION, WE SUCCEED. WE ARE DETERMINED TO BE THE BEST AND WE ARE DETERMINED TO SUCCEED IN WHAT WE DO. WE SUCCEED THROUGH THE DETERMINATION OF OUR MEMBERS AND THE 24/7 WORK OF MANAGEMENT BEHIND THE SCENES.

LOYALTY: SEAL IS BUILT ON LOYALTY FROM ITS MEMBERS. THEY ARE LOYAL TO THE LEADERSHIP AND EACH OTHER, AND IN RETURN GET THE SAME BACK. THEY GET THE SUPPORT THEY NEED AND THEY BUILD GREAT FRIENDSHIPS.

President of the US operates under a strict Equality & Diversity Policy. These characteristics are protected under law.

EQUALITY - We believe that all our members should be treated, regardless of which of the protected characteristics they are covered by. There are obviously some differences when it comes to rank structure, but all persons are able to get promotions based on abilities. Your characteristics play no part in the selection process.

DIVERSITY - We believe that have a range of the protected characteristics gives us variety and also views from different perspectives. This gives us further knowledge and keeps our experiences as enjoyable as possible.

9

Page 11: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

AGE - We do not discriminate because of your age. We are not concerned about your age, as long as you consistently act in a mature manner and are capable of carrying out your duties. This also includes no upper age limit.

DISABILITY - We understand that some disabilities can prevent or make certain duties harder. Physical disabilities usually have a minimal impact on working with us, although, we understand some disabilities can impact how you play. Psychological disabilities, such as social, mental or mental health disabilities can have an impact on how you interact and carry out your duties. We will always endeavour to find a role that suits you best, based on your capabilities.

ETHNICITY - We have no view of Black, Asian, White or Mixed Nationality. We view all our members and applicants as equal members. The colour of your skin does not reflect ability. Skin colour is just what we see on the outside. We do however understand that some nationalities have customs which differ or may seem strange to other members. We encourage you not to hide your customs and allow us to embrace them.

RELIGION OR BELIEF - We welcome those from all religious backgrounds. Most duties will not be affected by religion, but there may be some barriers encountered due to religious values or customs. We will not attempt to force you to do things which are not permitted by religion. We embrace and encourage you to share your customs and religious views, as they may differ from others and provide an insight in to the other religions across the world.

Gender - Our roles do not have any gender requirements. Both genders are capable of carrying out all duties. Gender does not have any impact on how you work, and we know that both males and females can complete tasks at an equal level.

SEXUAL ORIENTATION - Your sexual orientation has no bearing on your ability to perform your duties. Who you fall in love with does not affect anything outside who you date or marry.

GENDER REASSIGNMENT / GENDER IDENTITY - As mentioned in the 'sex' section, gender differences do not matter. This includes those who identify as transgender. This includes those before and after the procedures. This also includes those who identify or their character is of a different gender than the player is identified. We respect those who dress outside of socially expected gender specific clothing.

10

Page 12: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

MARITAL STATUS- Whether you are married or un-married makes no difference to us. This covers both opposite sex and same-sex marriage. Your marital status has no affect on us. We understand that some countries still only offer civil partnerships to same-sex couples and some offer no such rights to their citizens.

PREGNANCY AND MATERNITY - (SIDE NOTE: We operate under the same view for paternity and adoption too.) Congratulations, you are about to become or have become a parent. We understand that this changes how much time you have or want to spend with us. This is absolutely fine. Just let us know, so you don't appear inactive.

We are all different, but deserve to be treated with respect. We do not tolerate any breaches of the above characteristics. We will always come down hard on those who commit a hate incident.

Professional Behaviour

In President of the US we pride ourselves on being professional.

We face many challenges, and we face them head on.

No matter what is thrown at us, it pays to remain professional. If someone is throwing around swear words and turning your conversation in to a mud-slinging contest, rise above it. By remaining professional and not reacting with anything but calmness and respectful responses, you remain on the moral high ground.

Our enemies want a harsh response, but what we give in return annoys the greatly as they do not get the reaction they want.

When speaking to other inside and outside SEAL, remain respectful and provide assistance to those in need. Unless this would breach our values or has the potential to harm our reputation or image.

At all times that you are representing the Organisation with ‘SEAL’ showing as your active crew, you are expected to remain professional.

Your behaviour reflects on us, and that is how we are viewed by others. By the behaviour of our members, regardless of rank or title.

If you go and help someone being bullied by other players, you are seen by that player as kind, caring and helpful. That reflects well on the crew. If you go and also kill or intimidate that player, then they view you as a bully and that reflect badly on us, as we look like a crew of bullies. It really does work that way.

We are not saying that you cannot have fun and take part in work or challenges that require killing of other players. This is part of the game and is expected. You should also not hesitate to take action if you or your colleagues or friends are under threat of attack or come under fire.

There is a difference between what is justified to protect you and other from harm and seeking revenge.

During your time with us, you will no doubt encounter a number of scenarios where you will be engaged either by message or voice chat. Inside and outside set activities and jobs.

13

Page 15: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

At times, another player may be unhappy with actions you have undertaken. This may be destroying their packages during a delivery, killing them or damaging or destroying a vehicle.

This can lead to abusive and sometimes prejudicial messages.

In these circumstances, it is best to take a breath and remain clam. You are professional and have dignity.

It may be wise to ignore such vulgar language, and move away from the unhappy person if they are nearby.

If you do reply, please try and remain professional: Be polite. Apologise if necessary. DO NOT use vulgar or prejudicial language. This would breach our equality

policy. Of which all members must follow. Report any concerning language, messages or behaviour to SEAL’s Executive

Office using the contact form.

If after replying the situation is still tense or is getting worse, the best course of action is to ignore the messages, and hopefully things will cool down.

During this time, you may be followed, pursued or attacked. This could be by a single person or their friends.

In this instance, please use the combat guidelines.

14

Page 16: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

Conflict Management

From time to time, people become very unhappy with one another. This can lead to conflict and bad feelings towards one another.

It is in everyone’s best interests to resolve this, and move on. It is not healthy.

Ways in which you can resolve conflict:

Step back and take a deep breath Calm down Arrange a time where both of you can sit together to talk Take turns in telling each other what the issue is Respond to the issue arising and agree a compromise or resolution Do not interrupt someone when they are speaking Remain respectful at all times Don’t get offended by what is brought up. Take it on-board. Apologise where necessary Shake hands Go your separate ways

Where conflict is too much, it may be worth just walking away. Crew based conflict can also be passed to Senior Officials who may eb able to come to a resolution or mediate between the two parties.

Convoys

When a VIP is being transported from one place to another, they will be travelling within a convoy.

Convoys should involve the VIP in the middle with protection in front and behind.

Upon an attack the V.I.P vehicle should be surrounded and an evacuation should also take place.

Any spare Operatives can stay behind if they feel it would be beneficial to hold off any attackers.

The number of protection vehicles can vary from one time to another. Vehicles should be used as efficiently as possible. The more vehicles and operatives, the better.

Protection DetailThe President’s Protection Detail form a vital part in ensuring he is kept safe at all times. This is also the case for other Senior Staff, Visitors and other VIP’s.

Where possible it is best to have as many agents as possible, to make sure the convoy runs smoothly and to keep the President. Exits and any possible entry points spots secure.

Below is an example of how to protect the VIP. This requires 3 Agents. When short of Agents, then Agents must do so to the best to their ability and get VIP to safety when under attack. This includes getting in the way of any bullets.

Homing Launcher

(Air Assault And Armoured Vehicles ONLY)

At certain times, we understand that weapons not listed here may be required. However, whilst representing President of the US undertaking Official Duties, it is preferred unless otherwise necessary, to use the weapons listed above.

Combat Guidelines

1. Take cover2. DO NOT try to antagonise them.3. If any SEAL members or Partner Agencies are in the session, request

their assistance.4. Try to remain as calm as possible. It will help you make tactical decisions.5. Use an appropriate weapon. This is usually the weapon which will kill the

quickest at long or close range depending where the attacker is or attackers are.

27

Page 29: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

6. When the situation is safe enough, retreat away from the location. Staying and fighting may enflame the situation further. Although, where multiple parties are involved, this can be the only option, as it is not safe to try and move away.

7. Look for all possible escape routes. You may be able to retreat using alternative route, or move bit by bit, using suppressive fire to gradually move away.

8. You may well be followed further, and it may be necessary to initiate ‘passive mode’ or take refuse in a secure building such as residence, office or clubhouse. (Do not worry about any messages questioning your ‘manliness’. Just ignore it, and they will eventually get bored and move away.

9. If things are out of control, it may be better to find a new session.

If any persons pose a possible threat other than in the session, please fill out a threat report form. We would rather one was filled out and nothing happens, than it not being reported and another member encountering them. They may take a disliking to the whole Organisation.

The threat report form creates an alert and our intelligence officers will investigate. They form part of our Executive Office.

Yachts During Conflict

28

Page 30: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

Yachts are equipped with anti-air missiles, which will fire upon any aircraft suspected of getting too close to the yacht.

Any rockets or bullets fired from shore or from a oat or aircraft will not penetrate the yachts defenses when ‘yacht defenses’ are switched on.

This will not stop people boarding, but they will be unable to attack you.

It is therefore advisable, that if possible, you get to your yacht during conflict. Doing so, means that you can see everything that is going on, but can do so safely.

Doing this could be enough to see the attackers leave you alone.

Terrorism

The threat of Terrorism is an on-going battle, and a battle that we must all tackle head on.

29

Page 31: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

We are all no strangers to International Terrorism which has been in the press all around the World.

We also are at great risk from Terrorism as an Organisation. This comes from those who wish to cause harm to those who work and support The White House and its Cabinet, or aim to destabilise us and harm our reputation.

In the days coming up to the First Anniversary, the threat level was raised to Critical which is the highest threat level. This came after an attack on the President and his Protection detail who were severely outnumbered by a ratio of at least 3:1.

We also face a threat from those who infiltrate the Organisation and risk leaking intelligence and state secrets.

When it comes to Terrorism, President of the US is a prime target. Everyone involved in the organisation must continually be on their guard.

This is especially important during Presidential Cabinet Escorts. Care must be taken to ensure the journey hoes smoothly and the venue remains safe. This includes Emergency evacuations.

It is not always immediately obvious when a suspect approaches.

What is the difference between an attacker and a terrorist?

An attacker may attack once or twice, but a terror suspect will attack numerous times. Or attempt to. This can include stalking and tailing without hostile engagement.

The most dangerous suspects are those who will attack or pose a risk of attacking on more than one occasion. For example, over more than one session.

Thankfully, this is rare.

When someone is identified, they are immediately placed under close surveillance and any failures or flaws are worked on. Any suspects should have their details passed to the cabinet immediately.Threat Levels

We have 5 threat levels as detailed below:

30

Page 32: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

Our threat level is kept under constant review.

Threat Levels Explained

President of the US reevaluates its current threat levels regularly and edits where necessary.

31

Page 33: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

This level is used when a crew or Other Organisation poses a risk that we expect to be attacked or encounter them in the very near future.

This level is used when there is almost certainty we are at risk, and may be followed through every session when they are online.

This level is used when a crew or Other Organisation poses a risk that we expect to be attacked or encounter them at some point, but it is not a sure risk that we will encounter them in all sessions when they are online.

This level is used when a crew or Other Organisation poses a risk that we expect to be attacked or encounter them at some point, but they are not expected to always pose a risk when in the same session and are not expected to follow through sessions.

This level is used when a crew or Other Organisation poses a risk that there is a possibility of being attacked by, but it is not likely that we will, they may have just made a threat to do so, but the threat is not taken too seriously.

This level is used when a crew or Other Organisation is not thought to or no longer thought to pose any threat to President of the US or its members. This may be because

32

Page 34: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

a treaty has been signed and is not expected to be broken or the Organisation or crew have not been seen or heard of and therefore are no longer classed as a threat.

The Executive Office continually reviews all there active threat levels and update them where necessary. They will also add to them if new threats come along.

Threats are based on intelligence received from members and in depth intelligence from our Intelligence Operatives.

Assisting Your Colleagues And Allies

We all get in to bother more times than we probably should. In these circumstances, it can sometimes be helpful to have some back-up.

33

Page 35: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

If someone from SEAL or another agency requests assistance, please try your best to assist. You must be mindful of your safety and take some time to assess the situation upon arrival at a safe distance, and plan tactically.

You are no use to anyone lying on the ground after being shot or blown up. It may be useful to refer to our combat guidelines to try and extract the person or persons in danger.

You are not there to wage a war, your sole purpose is to make the situation safe for long enough to allow an extraction. This should be made clear if they choose to stay and fight. You are not expected to assist in a war. Unless expressed by the Cabinet.

Social Club ProfilesWe all have Personal Profiles on Social Club. For Security reasons we require all profiles to be open, or Management on your friends list, with profile open to friends.

This helps us tackle a growing threat against President of the US.

34

Page 36: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

We must be able to see the crews you are in. This makes sure that we are not being infiltrated by an enemy crew. We do these checks before accepting applications, but also do random sweeps.

Anyone in breach will be warned via Social Club message. Failure to comply within the time-scale given will involve immediate expulsion. We cannot take any risks.

Information Governance

Information Governance plays an important role within President of the US. A lot of highly sensitive and classified information is contained and circulated within the Organisation.

35

Page 37: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

This information could provide intelligence or put lives at risk if it was leaked.

Therefore, all information contained within this Organisation, must not be circulated to those other than members without Management consent.

Anyone caught leaking or providing information to others will face immediate dismissal.

If you identify misuse or misplaced information, you must report this immediately to a Executive Office Member, or you can do so anonymously though the contact form and typing ‘ANON’ in the name field. Where possible take action and remove the information.

The Cabinet take any breaches seriously and this constitutes a major offence, and in severe cases, it may be classed as treason.

Our online news page provides all the news regarding the Organisation. Newsletters are produced to announce bigger or more interesting news.

We appreciate input from our members. Therefore we are happy to include any articles, pictures, crew adverts etc…

Please note. Anything deemed to be inappropriate or not beneficial to SEAL will be refused.

Treaties

37

Page 39: Contents: - presidentoftheusblog.files.wordpress.com  · Web viewWe are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win.

As of October 2016, President of the US has shifted its stance on violence and tries to stand above others upon the moral high ground.

It is felt that there has been a culture of meaningless violence and hostility towards others. This was proven by the severely hostile actions undertaken by the US Executive Office crew.

Since then, treaties have been signed by President of the US President and Vice President and published for all to see.

They outline what the crew promises to do, and hopes that the recipient crew will agree to do the same.

If the other crew refuses, President of the US will still enact that treaty upon their members. The Members would only attack to defend before retreating to a safer position.

This allows them to remain dignified and to maintain their place on the moral high ground.

Any breaches by our members will be dealt with robustly and swiftly.
