JEM RANGE

JEM WASHING POWDER

Jem washing powder is a high-foaming washing powder which contains selected anionic detergents, water softeners, soil suspension agents and optical brighteners. It is ideal for a range of applications, including hand and machine laundry. Jem is recommended for twin tubs and is ideal for top loaders.

JEM DISHWASHING LIQUIDFor manual cleaning of utensils, e.g. dishes, cutlery etc. It has excellent wetting ability penetrating and soil dispersion. It foams in use but is free rinsing. It is complete soluble in hard or salt water.

JEM SCOURING CREAM

Jem scouring cream contains detergents, wetting agents, corrosion inhibitors, sequestering and soil dispersing agents. An acidic hydrogen peroxide disinfectant. It is ideal for the sanitizing of dairy equipment, utensils, milking machines, etc. OXYSAN can be used for the sanitizing of wine tanks, equipment and utensils in food processing plants.

SANDET LF

Especially formulated for use in fish processing plants, meat factories, butcheries, canning plants, hospitals, etc. Sandet L/F eliminates unpleasant odours by simply destroying the bacteria that causes them, leaving such areas with an effectively clean odour.

UNIDET HFCHeavy-duty liquid alkaline cleaner. It has a wide variety of applications. It is high foaming and has excellent detergency qualities and is excellent for scale control.



BAKERIES

CRATEWASH LUsed for the cleaning of plastic crates, smoke houses, floor cleaning where fatty deposits are encountered, baking tins, crates, moulds, etc. It can be used for soak cleaning, C.I.P. cleaning as well as spray applications.

CUTTING EDGE Non-caustic based oven/general purpose cleaner.

PANZOLA food grade release emulsion for use in bread pans. It contains pure vegetable oils and selected food grade emulsifiers.

PANZOL 30 As above product, but for hand application only.

DYNATANK

A specially designed stainless steel soak tank with a thermostatically controlled heating element. Used in conjunction with DYNAKLEEN 25 it will remove fat, grease and oil without causing any damage to the parent metal. It is cost effective, easy and safe to use and will enhance your kitchen hygiene.

DYNAKLEEN 25

DYNAKLEEN 25 is a non-toxic, biodegradable alkaline cleaning powder, specifically formulated for use in Dynatank. It is used for the removal of carbonized deposits on pots and pans, baking tins, oven trays, extraction filters, cylinder heads, etc.

DAIRY & POULTRY

CIRCUKLEEN L

Low non-foaming liquid detergent sanitizer for the food industry. For the cleaning and sterilizing of equipment by means of CIP cleaning or spraying. Ideal for use in high-pressure washers and bulk tanks cleaning.

CIRCUKLEEN P

A powdered chlorinated alkaline cleaner. It contains selected alkalis, sequestering agents, chlorinated compounds, water softening, scale dispersants and wetting agents. It is especially formulated for use in C.I.P systems in dairy, beverage, canning, meat and other food processing plants. It removes all fats, protein and other organic soils, etc.



BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION

CMA 50A chloride-free liquid admixture which gives accelerated setting time and high early mechanical strengths when added to concrete during mixing.

CM 105A specially formulated product designed to meet the requirements of the block paving industry and other dry/semi dry block manufacture, by assisting the production process and improving the quality of the finished product.

CONCLEANA brick masonary and concrete cleaner carefully formulated and tested product that has proved beneficial for the building industry, painting industry and the do-it-yourself homeowner.

CONPROOF DIntegral waterproofing admixture. It produces insoluble hydrophobic deposits in the microscopic pores of the hardened cement paste, thereby reducing its permeability.

CONSEAL

Concrete sealer for new and old floors. It is used in the curing, sealing, hardening and dust proofing of concrete. CONSEAL resists against construction stains, oil penetration, mud penetration, traffic stains, water penetration and vapour loss, while at the same time resisting acids, soaps, alkali, grease, oils and water vapour.

CRETESEAL

Multi purpose sealer/adhesive and cement admixture. It improves the chemical and abrasion resistance of concrete. The addition of CRETESEAL enables this screed to be laid because of the strenthening and bonding action it imparts. Dusting is considerably reduced and resistance to breakdown from trolley traffic improves. It ensures strong concrete and minimizes shrinkage cracking.

DENAIR

An air-entertaining agent for concrete. Applied in road work and airport runways where increased durability is required, in mass concrete such as dams, wherever lean mixes are used, to improve and ease placing, compaction, etc. and also road and bridgework.

DYNACURE

Concrete curing compound. The formulation of DYNACURE ensures that the emulsion breaks down to form a non-penetrating continuous film immediately upon contact with a cementitious surface. This film prevents excessive water evaporation, which permits more efficient cement hydration.

DYNAMIX D Chloride free liquid chemical admixture.

DYNASETA liquid cement additive for accelerating the rate of setting. Contains calcium chloride.

MELCRETEA high range melamine based super plasticiser and water reducing admixture.

MORTALITEIt is used in mortars for brickwork, blockwork and backing coats for plaster and external rendering.

SILICONE WB

A silicone resin solution, which penetrates deeply into porous substrates. This treatment significantly reduces absorption of water. The treatment does not produce any discolouration of the substrates, and has excellent resistance to weathering.

WR 2000WR2000 is a low dosage, high performance plasticiser / water reducer. It is based on an aqueous solution of modified organic polymer compounds.

CF ACID A dry acid cleaner formulated to remove water and rust scale deposits.

COROHIB 50 A solvent cutback corrosion inhibitor.

COROHIB 200AA solvent cutback, water displacing soft wax/oil base, corrosion preventative compound. The film is oily, light amber and translucent.

COROHIB 500A

A solvent cutback, wax based, general purpose, corrosion preventative compound suitable for the widest range of application requirements, e.g. vehicle rustproofing, machinery and parts in storage, pipework, etc. The cured film is firm, amber, waxy and translucent.

FERROCOATIt is used as a primer, rust converter or any ferrous surface where rust is destroying metal, in industrial plants, structural steel, ships, bridges, car or truck bodies, storage tanks, equipment, etc.

M 55A solvent free heavy duty primer for use wherever protection is needed against rust and corrosion, on equipment, metal structures, bridges, ships, storage tanks, pipelines, signs, vehicles, etc.

PENETROL Penetrating fluid, dewatering and rust preventative.

RUST CONVERTOR

An effective chemical, which will convert iron oxide (rust) into a stable sealed magnetic coating, with a hard blue/black crystalline structure, providing and excellent dry surface for protection against further corrosion. RUST CONVERTER is a powerful and extremely thorough converter.
