Hello To Life! -- name and description of my practice.

My Coaching/Healing WorkMy Coaching/Healing work is for those who are experiencing subtle to profound dissatisfaction in their current lives, who are motivated to change but lack the clarity, focus, and sense of direction to move forward.

I work with people from diverse spiritual and cultural backgrounds who want to live vibrant, healthy, purposeful lives that are in alignment with their core spiritual values and beliefs, and who want to participate as co-creators in the evolution of positive change in the world.

In contrast to therapies which focus on the past, I offer processes which are:

● deeply introspective● future-oriented● embodied spirituality

Our work together clears dysfunctional imprinting from conception and beyond.

Utilizing various psycho-energetic therapies such as Advanced Integrated Therapy, Theta Healing, Body-Centered Intuition, and music/sound/vibrational healing as transformational modalities, clients are taught self-healing and empowerment techniques which continue to serve them long after our work together has finished.

My work is especially beneficial for those who are:

My Spiritual PracticeMy path to awakening began most earnestly when I started training in the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music (GIM). Through the use of specifically selected classical music and self-evoked imagery, I re-experienced my conception from one of shame to ecstatic celebration and joy. I began life again through the original sound of creation.

I discovered that:● I am valuable, precious● My creation was sacred● I am loved● I can celebrate my uniqueness● Divinity is within me

Since that awakening, music (Classical, world music, drumming, Tibetan and crystal bowls, Hemi-Sync & Brain Sync) has played an important role in my spiritual development, as has ongoing work in psychospiritual processes and study of various authors. I have mostly found my own way, not following any specific teacher.

In 2011, before traveling to Southern France, I unexpectedly received the message that I was "going to find my Truth." While there, I unbaptized myself in every sacred water that I encountered.I felt cleansed of the blemishes instilled in me by doctrination of Catholicism.

Teachers along the way showed me the practicality of lived spirituality (as opposed to worship.) Those included:

Today, I experience sprituality through:

● Music/Sound/Vibration● Meditation● Solitude in nature● Practice of compassion● Observing the sacredness of all

My paths of service:

● As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my focus has always been a psychospiritual orientation. Using sound & music and through a unique women's transformational process that I developed (The Heroine's Journey: A Woman's Search for Truth),

women wake up to themSelves.

● More recently, humanitarian service programs for women that I founded in northern rural Liberia and El Salvador.

To my great surprise, I tested 600. I don't understand this, as I am by no means in a state of peace and bliss. I am also very aware of lower consciousness issues still needing to be cleared.
