Introduction

I am planning on buying the N97, and as

an enthusiast I came across this

competition. So I thought to myself, if I

really wanted a widget for this phone,

what would it be.

So I came up with an idea for a widget

than will put all the major connectivity

tools at your fingertips, and give a

simplified access to them.

A tap switches between:

Bluetooth OFF

Bluetooth ON / Hidden

Bluetooth ON / Visible

A double-tap opens:

The s60v5 Bluetooth menu.

Shows Info:

The name of your handset

in the Bluetooth settings.

Visibility of the handset.

A tap switches between:

Wi-Fi OFF

Wi-Fi ON

A double-tap opens:

The s60v5 Wi-Fi Wizard.

Shows Info:

The name of the Wi-Fi

network you are currently

connected to.

The IP address of the

handset.

A double-tap switches

between:

3G OFF (GSM Only)

3G ON (GSM/3G)

A double tap is used for the 3G switch because we

do not want 3G accidently switched off because of

an accidental click.
