BULK TICKET NEWS

All orders for Southern and Northern tiers have been

placed with the resorts. Please be sure your club

sends a representative to pick up your orders at the

Nov. 14 CSC meeting. NO EXCEPTIONS!

With the introduction of RFID cards at Okemo,

Mt. Sunapee and Sugarbush, it is important that

members using these bulk tickets understand the

procedures. The full RFID policy will be posted on

the website. Also remember that Killington and Pico

are live tickets, so don’t carry any extra tickets in

your ski clothing or wallet, as they will be scanned

along with the ticket you are using for the day.

Questions?? Contact Nancy at [email protected]

for southern tier, or Cheryl Parmalee at

[email protected] for northern tier.

RAFFLE and SKI CLUB BANNERS AT THE

SNOWBALL

Are you ready to “Shake It Up” at this year’s Snowball

November 18? Please remember to bring your club’s

banner to the Nov. 14 CSC meeting if you did not

bring it to the Ambassador Reception. You also may

bring it to the Marriott on Nov. 18 NO LATER THAN

3:00 p.m. The engineering staff at the Marriott are the

only ones who can hang the banners. They will take

them down on Sunday morning, so please pick up

your banner around 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.

Also… we have some fabulous raffle prizes, but the

raffle will only get better if every club and everyone

contributes something. So, if you haven’t already

turned in raffle prizes your club has solicited…please

deliver them to us at the next CSC meeting – and don’t

forget to buy your raffle tickets at the Snowball!

See you there,

Marsha Baretta
