About - Catthorpe Manor Estate is a boutique country house hotel and events venue, set in 26 acres of grounds and comprising two main buildings – the beautiful Edwardian Manor House and our spacious Banqueting Suite building. The Manor is home to The Linden Tree Restaurant, an elegant bar and lounge area, two beautiful meeting rooms and 20 well appointed, newly renovated en suite bedrooms. The separate Banqueting Suite building houses a large, private bar and two interconnecting rooms which, between them, can accommodate up to 250 delegates.

Where - Catthorpe Manor Estate is conveniently located just off the A5, between Rugby and Lutterworth in the Midlands, within 5 miles of the A5, A14, M1 JCT. 19 and M6 JCT. 1.

Rail - The closest railway station is in Rugby, just 5 miles from the hotel, where trains to London and the North run at regular intervals.

Airports - The closest airports are Birmingham International, where a train can be taken directly to Rugby, and East Midlands Airport. Both are equidistant at approximately 35 miles from the hotel.

and each one offers a combination of comfort, elegance and

The bedrooms are graded Bronze to Platinum but, whichever you

choose, all are equipped with quality mattresses, en suite shower

With 26 acres of grounds, a large field and woodland, plus large

meeting rooms sufficiently spacious to accommodate indoor

activities, Catthorpe Manor Estate is the ideal location for

holding a wide range of team building events, from blindfold

driving or segway riding to archery or the more cerebral Team

Short Stay

If you’re looking for somewhere for a short meeting, perhaps

a 1 to 1 or conference call where privacy is paramount, or

you’re simply looking for a convenient location to stop and rest

mid-way on a long journey, Catthorpe Manor Estate’s bedroom

suites may be just what you’re looking for. Platinum rooms have

a separate lounge area so they’re perfect for a short stop, where

clients can take advantage of complimentary WiFi, free tea

and coffee and order lunch to their room. Short-stay use of our

Platinum bedrooms is available from 10.30am – 3pm, subject to

availability. Price on request.

Breakfast Meetings

The Linden Tree Restaurant is the perfect place to catch up

with colleagues or clients over a hearty breakfast. While you’re

waiting for your hot food to be freshly cooked to order, break

your fast with a range of pastries, cereals, cold meats, cheese

and fresh fruit and kick start your day with a strong cup of Illy

coffee, espresso or cappuccino. Breakfast is priced from £14.95pp

and starts at 7am, with last orders at 9.30am.

Directions by CarFrom the M1 Northbound - exit the M1 at Crick, JCT. 18. Follow the A5 north towards Hinckley for approximately 6 miles. Take the second turning on the right signposted Catthorpe. In the centre of the village turn right towards Lilbourne. The hotel is on your left approximately half a mile down the lane.

From the M1 Southbound – exit the M1 at JCT 20. Take the 3rd exit onto the A4303. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A426 towards Rugby. At the Gibbet’s Cross roundabout take the 2nd exit, onto the south-bound A5. After approximately 2 miles take the left hand turning signposted ‘Catthorpe’. In the centre of the village turn right towards ‘Lilbourne’. The hotel is on your left approximately half a mile down the lane.

From the M6 - exit the M6 at JCT. 1. Take the A426 towards Lutterworth. At the Gibbet’s Cross roundabout take the 4th exit onto the southbound A5. After approximately 2 miles take the left hand turning signposted ‘Catthorpe’. In the centre of the village turn right towards ‘Lilbourne’. The hotel is on your left approximately half a mile down the lane.

From the A14 - follow the A14 to Rugby. Exit at M6 JCT. 1 and follow directions above.

Satellite Navigation - Some satellite navigation systems direct vehicles to the village of Lilbourne. To avoid this please input both the full postcode, LE17 6DF and road name, Lilbourne Lane. Avoid turning into Lilbourne and stay on the A5 until you see the signpost for Catthorpe.
