Centered Leadership: How Women ThriveRebecca Driscoll is a Principal of KeyStone Search. She has over 25 years of leadership
experience spanning both the public and private sectors. Rebecca has served as MN Commissioner of Trade and Economic Development and Executive Director of the Minneapolis Community Development Agency. Rebecca serves on the board of the YWCA of Minneapolis and the University of Minnesota Carlson School’s Board of Overseers. In 1999, Rebecca was voted one of the Most Influential Women in Business in Minnesota.
Powerful Negotiation Margaret Anderson Kelliher served two terms as Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives before joining the Minnesota
High Tech Association. Characterized as the “calm inside the storm” by the Star Tribune, Margaret has demonstrated she is a strong, pragmatic leader. She guided passage of a nation-leading renewable energy standard, built a broad coalition to enact Minnesota’s first comprehensive transportation funding bill in 20 years and was a champion of the state’s new Angel Investment Tax Credit. In addition to leading MHTA, Margaret teaches a class on negotiations at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey Institute.
