The results include:+A clear, consensus vision of what the Barangay want for their common future. This is the “common ground agenda.”

+Action steps necessary to begin implementation of the common ground agenda. The common ground agenda is in the form of a list of goals and priorities (usually six to ten) that everyone at the conference agrees to work toward.

+Commitment by all participants to both the common ground agenda and the action steps.

+These output will be analyzed and be compared with the current COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF THE CITY or become the basis for an Innovative CDP
