Concept Note on State Workshop, Bengaluru Aug 02, 2014 Considering India's low global ranking of 134 in the 2014 World Bank report on ' on introducing Quality Practices ( ) in Government, Social and Infrastructure sectors. Real life implementation of highly successful initiatives have been collected from across the country and standardized in the form of examples showing progressively higher levels of maturity in Stakeholder Engagement, Organizational Learning and Organization Structures. Karnataka Government has taken up the implementation of time-bound delivery of public services in right earnest. The giving citizens time-bound delivery of services in 50 departments, to name a few departments like Commerce & Industry, Revenue, RDPR, Urban, Labour, Commercial Tax etc., Under ' , services related , related to Business & Industry are being analyzed, and efforts for bringing these services online are being made through a . The feedback from industry has been independently obtained, the challenges found in the study of shops and establishment registration, VAT registration, Export of Agriculture products etc. and possible solutions to address the challenges will be discussed. SAKALA Mission recognizes that effective implementation on the ground can be achieved with a judicious mix of analysis and process design along with softer aspects of capacity building to understand and address the system issues in a simpler way. This requires a complete relook of the process involved in related Government departments with an open approach for introducing automated hassle free process and new systems in place. is a leading .
