Compressor Sales Engineer (f/m) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ● Development and maintenance of customer relationships ● Liaison of and supporting existing customers and acquisition of customers and markets in the China Mainland area ● Presentation of our company and product portfolio & applications at customers ● Technical and commercial assessment for customer inquiries and specifications with regard to feasibility ● Close communication with local management and HQ in Germany regarding progress and results ● Bid proposal management, leading and driving bid preparation ● Commercial and technical negotiations with customers to win orders ● Research and analysis for potential new markets/applications QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS ● Bachelor level degree or higher qualification in chemical or mechanical engineering ● More than 5 years’ experience in sales activities, preferably in an international context ● Good communication and negotiation skills, the ability to adapt to different cultures, customers and colleagues ● Good spoken English ● An active and persistent character ● Willingness to travel and passion for sales activities and dealing with people ● Good knowledge of the markets and commercial terms.
