Structural Engineers, the Metaldeck team can provide

design and technical advice on the most viable floor

deck solution to realise end user requirements by

supplying fire and load design calculations and CAD

drawings within it’s Quality Management System.

Metaldeck operates a fleet of modern mobile stud

welding rigs for the on-site installation of through-deck

welded shear connectors to complete the composite

slab installation.

A ‘supply-only’ service is available fulfilling immediate

Multideck requirements with the option of cut-to-size

and rapid delivery to site.

Within Metaldeck is Metalroof, an approved supplier

and installer of Joris Ide structural metal roof deck.

A wide range of roof deck profiles are available, from

19mm to 200mm, which provides the structural deck

for all kinds of built up roof systems, including Single-

Ply, and Green Roofs. Perforated profiles are available

for acoustic solutions.

Slabs can be designed with traditional mesh reinforcement or fibre reinforced concrete to suit the project specification and site conditions.

Metcon is adept at achieving high surface flatness tolerances using either a skipfloat or powerfloating operation in order to meet BS Standard specifications.

To complete the full range of concrete slab services, Metcon will supply and install high tolerance ground floor slabs and, where required, remove and replace existing concrete slabs in need of repair with minimum disruption.

Access Flooring can supply and install raised access flooring with a variety of special-bonded finishes suitable for modern offices, server rooms, data centres, high-spec boardrooms, reception areas or spaces which need to accommodate disabled or impaired mobility access.

An expert team is on hand to assist Clients with design, project costing and product selection requirements and to offer advice on installation in accordance with both PSA performance specification and Common European Standard BS EN 12825.

Kingspan’s range of Multideck products are ideally suited to car park construction and offer the traditional benefits of fast track construction technology in combination with large free spans and flexible layouts.

In addition to standard galvanized deck coating, Kingspan car park decking systems are offered with options of XP; a heavy-duty Magnelis coating for the most demanding and aggressive C4 and C5 environments. They can also be powder coated to any RAL colour.

The additional paint layer protects exposed floor deck from premature corrosion whilst enhancing the aesthetics with different soffit colours often used for car park level indication.
