The know-how reached in many years of business experience can be traced also in the careful management and supply of the machines present in our manufacturing area: from the simplest and most traditional – necessary to guarantee operational reliability and security – to the latest generation equipment, very technologically advanced and able to offer extremely precise products and services.

The production department also has a tool warehouse that is always fully equipped and available that guarantees efficiency in terms of setup and constant provision of tools and raw material for the operators; all this also thanks to the two automatic warehouses for inserts Mod. Matrix and Schuman Tools.

• Material traceability by bar code (heat number/supplier raw material/purchase date and quantity) and alloy identification by colour code

• Specialised in overlay welding• Supplyof: – 3.1 Certificates, 3.2 Qualification and/or on demand 3.2 Requalification by third party; – Extra NDT (Magnetic Test – Penetrant Test – Ultrasonic Test – Visual Test – Hardness Test)

conducted by qualified personnel or Supplementary Laboratory tests (MICRO, Impact Test, Corrosion Test).

Accredited external laboratories and/or assistant Third Parties are directly selected or indicated by the customer.

Outsourcing for:

• Heat treatments such as tempering, aging;• Nitriding surface treatments and phosphate coat;• Coating: electroless nickel plating, chrome nitride, Teflon, tungsten carbide, chrome

carbide, paint;• Welding with stellite (GR 6 – 12 – 21) Ultimet, Triballoy, Inconel, F316 etc.• Hydraulicandpneumaticbench tests according to API or the customer’s specifications

and supply of the relevant Test Certificates.

We totally support our customer from the preliminary phases of the business negotiations for the evaluation of the client project up to the after sale. Our services and our engineering knowledge are at the customer disposal.

In addition, we offer the possibility to access our web platform via TROL (Track On Line) to download certificates, additional tests and sales documents (BOM, invoices, etc.).

INOX MECC quality management system ensures the compliance with all regulations imposed by standards API Q1 9th and Spec. API 6A (Licensed for Ring Joints).During 2016 we obtained the Certification of the Integrated management system quality safety environment ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
