CASE STUDY

An Accident occurred at xyz site and the person died while he was taken to the hospital. The company paid Rs. 3 lakhs to his legal heir with full & final agreement. However after an year the legal heir of the deceased filed a case against the company under WC act. Wherein company had to pay the compensation again
