DEFINITION OF DIVISIONS• OPEN: Eligible for all competitors of any age or experience,• True novice: never competed before.• NOVICE: If an athlete has never placed first in any class or age group in any NPC sanctioned contest then

he/she is eligible to compete as a “novice.”• TEEN: The competitor must be between 16 years and 19 years old.• MASTERS: The competitor must be at least the minimum age of the division on the day of the contest.

CHECK-IN GUIDELINES• BODYBUILDERS: Competition suits MUST BE WORN TO WEIGH-IN!• MASTERS & TEEN competitors must show proof of age at check-in (driver’s license, state-issued ID, passport,

or birth certificate)• BODYBUILDING, FITNESS, CLASSIC & WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE competitors must bring their posing music for finals.

Bodybuilders andBodybuilding & Women’s Physique music MUST be no longer than 60 seconds; fitness routine music is limited to 90 seconds.

Posing music MUST be on a CD and be the only music on the CD. Any contestant using music containing PROFANITY will be immediately disqualified. Music will be collected at the mandatory athletes’ meetings prior to prejudging.




POSING & AWARDSEVERY COMPETITOR will be introduced on stage & pose at the finals.• All bodybuilders & women’s physique competitors will perform a 60 second posing routine.• All figure, bikini, & men’s physique competitors will hit front, side, and back poses at center stage.• All fitness competitors will perform a 90 second routine.The top five athletes in each class from all divisions will be awarded trophies.

BACKSTAGE/TRAINER PASSESBackstage passes go on sale the morning of the contest. The fee is $40 and you must also have a ticket to get in the door. The backstage pass is valid all day, but it does not replace a ticket to either pre-judging or finals.We have a limited number of backstage passes for this event and they are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

TANNING / Hair & Make-upECLYPSE TANNING is the official spray tan provider for this contest. You can contact them directly for the perfect contest tan. They provide spray tans prior to the event and touch-ups before you go on stage. Get more info at www.eclypsetanning.com

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the 2015 NPC Bev Francis Atlantic States Championships (“Event”) promoted by Muscle Best, Inc.(“Promoter”) and sanctioned by the National Physique Committee of the USA, Inc. The undersigned further agrees that the undersigned will indemnify and hold harmless the NPC and the Promoter from and against any damages caused by the undersigned to the Hotel or damages to a guest room or rooms occupied or registered to the undersigned. Finally, the undersigned acknowledges that the undersigned’s failure to comply with any rule or regulation of the Hotel or damage to any guest room occupied by or registered to the undersigned may result in disciplinary action against the undersigned including, but not limited to, suspension as a member of the NPC and/or competing in contests sanctioned by the NPC. And in further consideration of permission being granted to me to participate in the Event and its related events. I hereby grant the NPC, Promoter and/or any other NPC-approved video or entertainment organization and all of their agents, successors, licensees and assigns, the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by �lm, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance and name, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or otherwise exploit any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, radio, television, television motion pictures, video, printing on digital or any other medium now known or hereafter devised, including with respect also to any merchandising, advertising and/or publicity, and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with any of the foregoing.
