Instrument Calculation

InstruCalc calculates the sizes of

control valves, flow elements and relief devices; produces data sheets for calculated items, and prepares instrument summaries and uses data sheets as a database for generating reports.



Electrical Transient and Analysis Program (ETAP)

ETAP calculates load flow, voltage

drops, and short circuit capabilities; simulates motor starting, and generates summaries and reports from the electrical system that will be applied on plant construction.



Pipeline Integrity

The goal of a pipeline integrity management program is to prevent integrity problems from producing a significant impact on public safety, the environment, or business operations.

Pipeline integrity management consists of four-phase program: ● Pipeline assessment ● Inspection management ● Defect and repair assessment ● Rehabilitation and

maintenance management.



Risk Based Inspection

Risk based inspection (RBI) is the process of developing an inspection plan based on knowledge of the risk of failure of the equipment. The essential element is a risk analysis. This is the combination of an assessment of the likelihood (probability) of failure due to damage, deterioration or degradation with an assessment of the consequences of such failure. The information gained from this process is used to identify the type and rate of damage that may potentially be present and the equipment or locations where failure would give rise to danger of different degrees.



Financial Engineering

Financial aspects of the feasibility analysis is to provide the economic base in making a decision whether the project will be implemented or not, or in other words, whether the project can meet the expectations of project implementation or not. In addition, analysis of the financial aspects of this also has the objective to review the possibilities of developing the most attractive / profitable from a portion of the project or business.
