Terms & Conditions

1. We will provide you well-trained security guards with educational background.

2. Our security personnel will carry out the instructions given by you and our supervisory

staff will be responsible for effective supervision of the staff.

3. We shall also provide attractive uniform depending upon the suitability of the security

personnel deployed.

4. Our staff will also be responsible for the safety of the premises and property and they

will strictly enforce the rules and discipline as directed initially, we shall have a contract

for a period of one year which can be discontinued by giving one month notice from

either side.

5. You should employ none of the person belonging to or organization directly or indirectly

whatever it may be.

6. Our area officers will visit your esteemed organization daily to enable him for checking

complain book for smooth running of the services.

7. Our security personnel to be deployed will be loyal and sincere to your reputed

organization.

8. Further it’s mentioned that, security personnel shall undoubtedly discharge their areas of

entrusted task to the best of their ability and will be ready to shoulder any arduous tasks.

9. Instructions given by you about the services will be invariably adhered to. We also

conduct sudden and surprise night checking to ascertain whether our guards are on

constant watch by our round supervision. Besides, our security personnel deployed for

the duties at your esteemed sites will be provided security.

10. Complaints, if any received against the security personnel will be looked into promptly

and suitable corrective strict action will be taken against them.

11. We submit our monthly bill by the 1st day of the month and you will be making the

payment thereof within 5 days from the date of receipt of the same.

12. Further, we would like to inform you that our staff will not be a member or any union of

your organization. His pay, gratuity and other fringe benefits will be paid by us.

13. Please note that after the expire of the contract you are not supposed to appoint any our

security personnel for at least one year from the date of expiry of the contract.



14. Please note that, the rates offered by us are subject to revision as and when revised by

the State/Central Government.

15. You will provide torches, stationeries, table and chair for our senior staff as deemed

suitable for you.

16. You are kindly requested to provide us an opportunity for providing an effective security

service to your organization/society.
