Excellent Sweater Limited. Known as  ESL started business in the year  2010.

The promoters & the management are in the garment trade for the last two decades with proven record of success. ESL has a floor area of 42,000  square feet, which accommodates 250 numbers of 12 gauge and 300 numbers of 3, 5 & 7 gauge of hand driven flat knit machines. 

The annual out put of knitted sweater reaches up to 1.50 millions pieces per year. ESL has 1000 (One Thousand) skilled workers and 50 numbers of managerial staffs in the production facilities. We have many female workers. It is our little effort to draw them into the mainstream of our social development as well as to mitigate  their age old sufferings. The managerial staff consists of a combination of national &  international professionals providing necessary  inputs  to compete in post MFA era. Our corporate culture and transparent business policy promotes our employee to grow along with the organization.

Our vision

Raw material  is the most  important element  in the creation of a best product. We deal with almost all type of yarn starting  from natural  fibers  like wool, woolen blends, cotton, cotton blends to man made fibers  like viscose, nylon, acrylic and their blends. Based on deliveries and quality preferences, we have been sourcing yarn from Bangladesh, China, Taiwan, Italy etc.Trims & accessories are being sourced from buyer's nominated suppliers or from those who adhere to all product safety norms and are globally accepted. 

Quality AssuranceESL has its own well tested quality assurance system to make top quality sweaters. Our quality assurance & efficiency monitoringsystem in all the garments manufacturing process designed to reduce the product rechecking options as well as help us to identify operators who could require more training to improve his or her skill ness in the respective section. We render a physical and chemical test on raw materials by a reputable textile testing laboratory to make sure its flawless character right at the beginning. Our QA team carries out final inspection of the packed goods based on AQL to ensure good quality products.

Raw material

Sweater is no longer warmth apparel. Sweaters taking over a major share of woven & knits apparel. Nowadays it's a fashion statement. People are now more towards flat knits then it was in early days. The comfort and variety of designs in flat knits has given a new direction to flat knit industry. Now sweaters are being used as outerwear & casual wear. We are ready to do any kind of silhouettes  like halter, tank top to coats and  jackets. We have got expertise to do plaiting with  lycra to give a proper shape to the fitted garments. Styles with embroidery and printing are some added value addition to our range. We are doing acid wash, Enzyme Wash, Distress look sweaters ‐ the most recent trend in fashion. We are catering almost all segment of the market from kids wear to adult.

As an emerging sweater manufacturing unit, we have a good capacity in all the gauges. Our present production capacity is 105,000 pieces per month. Gauge wise break down of the production capacity is as follows :
