UActivity

Vascas offers an assembly and disassembly service of mechanic sets, contributing in longest service duration of the set. Our Quality Department assures the fulfilment of the tolerances and our more than 50 years experience in mechanic constructions, contributes in a deep knowledge that we put in hands of our customers. Manufacturing of machinery and equipment for different sectors as iron and steel industry, cement plants, hydro-power generation, etc. Vascas is specialized in assemblies of precision parts and critical equipment with very high level of quality.

Our workshops, with a surface of 3000 m2 and 80 Tn of lifting capacity, are especially designed to make big assemblies.

Apart from our manufacturing capacities, we have an Engineering Department devoted to straightening machines, abrasive cut-off machines and high pressure grinding machines, and some other projects. Due to our partnership with Gometegui and Sarriena, our group has one of the best manufacturing facilities and Project Management capacities in the European Atlantic coast.

The knowledge of all the manufacturing process and Project Management experience is applied to the manufacture of a wide range of critical equipment such as equipment for steel industry, gear boxes, tunnelling machines, cement plants, generation equipment, push bench racks, etc.

We have designed and developed special manufacturing processes that have given us a technological edge that allows us to exclusively perform highly complex works.

certificated by Lloyds in ISO 9001 of 2000. Our Quality System covers every single

business aspect, from the reception of the inquiry, to the delivery of the assembled

equipment.

Vasca´s customers rely on us and they are sure that we are able to go ahead with the management of the projects, from the manufacturing and suitability, the construction, the certification of the group, to the strictest quality requirement. Our qualified inspectors in the system of quality assurance, assures our complicity with the customers for the achievement of the quality requirements and its suitability to the European and American Standards.

UAbrasive Cut-off Machines and High Pressure Grinding Machines

Vascas offers a range of machinery for cutting and grinding with the most advanced current technology.

- Abrasive cut-off machines Abrasive cutting can be carried out in any phase of the production process, regardless of

the temperature. Compared with classic sawing machines, abrasive cutting gives more advantages like productivity or better quality.

- High pressure grinding machines Billet and ingot grinding machines are used for conditioning or eliminating surface defects.

Due to our experience in manufacturing of equipment for hot rolling mills, Vascas has become an internationally well known brand as manufacturer of stands, shears, roller tables, cooling beds, etc.
