range of infrastructure development projects to clients across diverse sectors.
Dabulamanzi is headquartered in the Bethany Area, Nokwane, Eswatini with a Satellite Office
servicing the Sugar Belt, based at RSSC. The company is centrally located, allowing it to
provide strong support to its clients and operations in Eswatini.
Dabulamanzi has strengthened its position in the Construction Industry through the
diversification of its operations. The Company thrives through its established autonomous
divisions which are Building, Civil, Irrigation, Plant Hire Services and Renewables. Our focus is
to also deliver turnkey projects to the satisfaction or our Customers.
Its firmly established Satellite Office at RSSC is important to effectively execute a diverse
number of projects within the Corporation for both Civil and Building works.

1. INTRODUCTION / BACKGROUND
Dabulamanzi has positioned itself as a One Stop Service Construction Solution’s Company to its
Clientele in Property and Infrastructure Development. Its dynamic Management Teams are
complimented by a dedicated workforce enhancing its structured, dynamic and experienced team of
Directors.
We strive for EXCELLENCE with our broad spectrum of EXPERIENCE, EXPERTISE and sound financial
STABILITY which assures of our capability and capacity to deliver quality products timely and
continuously meeting customer satisfaction.
BACKGROUND
Nardus Pieterse has been involved in projects in Eswatini since 2002. The work he has done was
either in a Consultation or Project delivery capacity. He has been involved in designing and
constructing of water filtration plants, water pipelines, irrigation systems, pump stations, trade centres,
warehouses, residential property and farm structures and housing. Simunye and Mhlume Sugar Mills
have regularly contracted him as a Construction Consultant for various water projects from 2005 to
2008 which he completed successfully.
Dabulamanzi was founded in 2016 by Dumsani Dlamini and Nardus Pieterse, and immediately took
over L&B Construction with all its resources, allowing it to start with a strong technical and
management structure making it competitive immediately.
Dumsani Dlamini is a well-known, professional that has contributed to Eswatini, through the
numerous diverse boards he sits on.
Nardus Pieterse is a fantastic entrepreneur who has established solid business relations and is well
trusted within the Construction Industry. His focus has been on growing the Business and delivering
quality workmanship, whilst starting the business to be as inclusive as possible for the local Eswatini
community.

BUILDING / CONSTRUCTION
Since its inception in 2016, Dabulamanzi has established a reputation for reliability and technical
excellence in all aspects of construction. Working in both the private and public sectors, the unit has
successfully delivered in the Industrial, Commercial and Retail, Leisure and Residential segments of the
industry.
The Unit undertakes the construction of Office Blocks, Hospitals and Clinics, Warehouses, Shopping
Centres, Trade Centres, Leisure Facilities, Hospitality buildings, Institutional Buildings, Apartment
Blocks, Residential Complexes, Design and Construct of any project requirement and Alterations and
Additions.
The Service unit is the largest of the operating divisions and has a B2 grading from the Construction
Industry Council (CIC). This is the 2nd highest rating a Building Company can obtain giving the Company’s
tendering ability.
Among the Service Units highlights is the completion of Mpaka Vocational Training Centre, Residential
property at Nkonyeni Golf Estate and Mdolomba Eden Farm’s Wedding Venue, which have been turnkey
project deliveries.

Dabulamanzi Maintenance has established a reputation for reliability and technical excellence in all

knowledgeable and operationally proficient. In-house training is carried out continuously, keeping our
