Abraj Misr was established in March 2010 as an adaptable real estate company. Since the start up the company witnessed a rapid growth and intensive expansion due to consumer’s trust and satisfaction. Today Abraj Misr is known for being the first company to apply and provide communities constructed and maintained with the Green Architecture technology.

Share Capital development
•This amount leaded to an increase with 20,498,000.00 EGP licensed share capitals (Only Twenty Million and Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Egyptian pounds)
Abraj Misr’s SHARE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT
•The Company began with 15,000,000.00 EGP licensed Share Capitals (Only Fifteen Million Egyptian pounds)
•Over time, share capitals increased to 150,000.00 EGP licensed share capitals (Only One Hundred Fifty Thousand Egyptian pounds)
•The Company then raised the licensed Share Capital to 100,000,000.00 EGP (Only One Hundred million Egyptian pounds)
•This amount increased to 2,350,000.00 EGP (Only Two Million and Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Egyptian pounds)
•The Company then increased the licensed Share Capital to be 749,800,000.00 EGP (Only Seven Hundred Forty-Nine Million and Eight Hundred Thousand Egyptian pounds)

•Florenta is the first residential community in Egypt designed with the Green Architecture technology.
•Known for the privileged position which is parallel to the Ring Road , El Maadi Area and Nasr City Area at an altitude of 24 m and being away from the noise and the pollution.
•Florenta with its modern designated buildings consisted of ground floor and five floors with elevators and private garages and the possibility of adding the Smart home system.
•Florenta buildings include an advanced system to separate the garbage, which is an essential factor to the global environmental specifications.
•Compounds are equipped with the Solar Energy units used in lightening the roads, operating the elevators achieving 40% less electricity consumption in addition to a hot water network that reaches all the units.
